THE Super Single on Saturday was a toss-up for me between Livingston and Leicester – and for once both of them won.
It didn't matter which one I picked but it was Livingston who I chose at 6-4 to beat a Queen of the South side whose focus was on next weekend's play-off which will be against Rangers.
Derby's shocking result against Reading that cost them a play-off spot beat the homes and Watford's last-gasp concession against Sheffield Wednesday that handed Bournemouth the title killed off the Top Treble early on..
There were plenty of surprise results north and south of the border but I was pleased to land another Euro treble thanks to Barcelona -2, Sevilla-Real btts and Bayer Leverkusen +1. That paid 2-1 and came in with consummate ease with Barca winning 8-0 at Cordoba, Real beating Sevilla 3-2 and Bayer dumping champions Bayern Munich 2-0.
On Sunday there is a full League One card as well as a likely title success for Chelsea at home to Crystal Palace and Spurs v Man City. In League One the only issue at the top still be settled is the second automatic promotion spot behind champions Bristol City. Preston will claim it with a win at Colchester while MK Dons, one point behind, should beat relegated Yeovil and be ready to take advantage of any slip-up by North End.
It's a different story at the bottom with six sides – Coventry, Crewe, Notts County, Crawley, Colchester and Orient trying to avoid being relegated along with Yeovil. Two of those, Crawley and Coventry, play each other and a draw will keep both up if Notts County lose at Gillingham. Orient could benefit from the fact their hosts Swindon could rest players having already reached the play-offs.
Having looked at the games in closer detail there's not massive value to be had today. For the Top Treble I've settled on big guns Chelsea, Napoli and PSG while Lazio, Fiorentina, Inter, Preston and Bristol Rovers were others I considered – Valencia and MK Dons are too short for this line but could be taken on the handicaps.
Chelsea remain unbeaten at home this season and are a best 4-11 at the likes of William Hill and bet365 to beat a Palace side who have blown hot and cold this season but are currently cold after back-to-back 2-0 defeats to Hull and West Brom. Another 2-0 loss is a possibility and Chelsea -1 pays 10-11 at bet365.
Napoli let most people down on Thursday night with a shocking 4-2 defeat at Empoli but I expect them to bounce back at home to an insipid Milan side who are as big as 6-1 at betfair to notch the points.
Rafael Benitez's men have lost just twice at home to Milan in 19 years and the current side is a poor one with just three wins on the road all season. At home Napoli are more reliable and have netted nine in their last three league games and at least two goals in their previous six outings. So if the Napoli win at 11-20 with William Hill doesn't grab you go for over 1.5 Napoli goals.
PSG travel to a Nantes side with just three wins in their last 15 and should win well having blasted 12 goals in their last three league outings despite the absence of banned Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede is available again after missing three games and is almost certain to be back from the start – and 9-2 at Coral looks a massive first-scorer price.
Lyon won again yesterday so PSG need the points to stay three clear in the title race and are a biggest 2-5 at Betfred to get them.
For the Super Single I've decided to go with Ibrahimovic to net at any time at 6-5 with Coral – with one point on him to net first. Before his ban for criticising a ref the Swede had netted nine goals in six games and he'll be champing at the bit. He netted a double in the 2-1 league win against Nantes at home and has time to make up after his enforced spell on the sidelines.

Irrespective of peoples opinions on other individuals on here surely the main objective is to beat the bookies? Any tip put up on here is aimed at taking cash from the bookmakers which to me is exactly what matters. Nobody has to like anyone else and nobody has any idea about anything else posted, who the person is, what lifestyle they lead, are they successful in beating the bookies constantly, other than the actual advised bet. A fixture that promises goals and it is that market I am going for in this match. Tottenham have scored at least 2 goals in six out the last 7 home games including against Arsenal and Chelsea. Man City on the other hand have lost their last four away games and have conceded in their last 8 away games conceded 2 or more in their last two. Kompany and Toure are out which weakens them and last week they looked dodgy at the back conceding 2 at home against Aston Villa. I will be on Tottenham O1.5g it is 11/8 Betfred.
Aguero and Kane will be popular selections in the goal scorer market, but I will have a small punt on Nacer Chadli, who has scored 10 goals this season and 2 in his last 2 games, he looks a touch of value at 5/1 Coral. It is only a 1pt bet for me as team goals his my main bet.
