JUVENTUS beat Lazio 2-0 to win the Italian Cup and land another Super Single success.
I wasn't as lucky on my trebles with a surprise win for Inverness at Dundee beating one and I was one goal short at Hammarby v Malmo for the other. Should have taken btts to land the treble instead of over 2,5 goals but that's life.
My app double and members' bet also won as did Jordan's btts tip and Greg's nap.
There aren't many games tonight but some important ones. Partick Thistle v Celtic doesn't mean anything as far as league places go but avoiding defeat will leave Brendan Rodgers's side one game from going through the campaign unbeaten.
I've posted a separate preview and reckon will win although they could concede.
In England Leicester v Spurs doesn't mean anything but two attacking sides could provide goals so take over 2.5 at 3-4 with Marathonbet.
There should also be goals in the League Two play-off between Exeter and Carlisle. The first leg was 3-3 and Carlisle won both regular league games 3-2.

Nice little card again today. Bit of value in Sweden where Elfsborg despite sitting two places above the drop zone with 8 games played. They are still joint top scorers in the league. That doesn’t bode well for the promoted travelers Ekilstuna who are anchored to the bottom with only 3 points from 8 games. Elfsborg should be able to grab a couple goals here with the likes of Prodell and Frick leading their line.
Add Carlisle to score at Exeter in the 2nd leg of their playoff semi. Stats suggested goals prior to the first leg and that’s exactly what we got. Exeter have kept only two clean sheets in their last 10 home games and I’ll be surprised if they keep out Carlisle who have scored thee goals against them in all three ties this season.

Although the Colombian domestic league games are usually ‘interesting’, they are far from the top of my SA interest list.

I’ve grew up supporting celtic, haven’t experienced as much as other fans and I know that but I remember a time that celtic would of struggled away to Patrick thistle and especially at rangers or Aberdeen, it’s a great time to be a Celtic fan and I have to say I’m enjoying it but it’s all to do with celtic rather than the other teams in it…. they have been too good all season

Its similar here, tns stole a march on the rest by getting a money man involved and the rest have never caught them as they get champions money every year and that keeps them ahead of the pack.
Re Celtic, the main problem is they don’t have a serious competitor with Rangers so far behind and not looking like they can close the gap.
They’re obviously not the best team in Scottish football history but they have a manager who is getting everything out of his players.
Brendan Rodgers hasn’t really put a foot wrong. Due to their Champions League involvement and sales of players such as Forster, van Dijk and Wanyama Celtic’s finances are massively better than anyone in the league.
Scottish football suffers from a lack of TV money and where would the English clubs be if their Sky payments were what Celtic receive.

@bettingman1 100% agree with you it all cycles around in all leagues I am old enough to remember Dundee utd, Aberdeen, hibs, Kilmarnock, Dunfermline, hearts, st mirren and Morton all being real forces in the Scottish game and no game for celtic or rangers was ever easy…………. also at that time aston villa, notts forest, Ipswich, west ham, leeds, derby were all big players down south……… we will never see that kind of thing again though EPL TV money has ruined the game down south………….. and there is only 2 teams in Scotland ever going to win up here these days…………. but yes I fully concur celtic are 100 miles ahead of us ATM…….

The best game though, was at Kilbowie on a frozen solid pitch, when a Frank McDougall hat-trick helped us record a 4-0 friendly romp against Rangers.
Under normal circumstances this game would never have went ahead, but as it was a friendly, and neither team had kicked a ball in weeks, due to the dreadful weather, the game went ahead.

Always loved our games against St.Mirren @craneguy especially cup games.
Gubbed them 3-0 at Love Street in the Scottish Cup, in the first game in their defence of the trophy, the season after winning it.
Also beat the Buddies at Kilbowie on our way to our one and only Scottish Cup semi-final.
Can’t quite drag myself along to watch the Bankies play Junior football now.
Probably down to years of being spoilt.

I was working for a Paisley local paper the day we won 3-0 at St Mirren so that was interesting.
It’s different in junior football but I’ve grown to enjoy it – especially the away games to places I’d never otherwise visit.
