THE Rome Masters comes to an end on Sunday with two true legends of the game vying for glory.
World No.1 and defending champ Novak Djokovic disposed of David Ferrer in straight sets in the semis and now takes on second seed Roger Federer, a 6-4 6-2 winner over Stan Wawrinka.
Federer leads the pair's head-to-head 20-18 and won their last meeting on clay a year ago but it's a brave man who bets against the force of nature that is Djokovic. The Serb is 3-10 favourite at Betfair who go 11-5 on Federer.
The women's final should also be well worth watching as Carla Suarez Navarro looks to continue her impressive season with a second career title against Maria Sharapova.
The Spaniard has won just one of their four previous meetings but this is their first clash on clay and Suarez Navarro is 31-10 at BetVictor while two-time champ Sharapova is 2-7 at Ladbrokes.

I’ve underestimated Suarez Navarro so many times it’s no longer funny. Never ceases to amaze me. She looks scared to death, but keeps it in play and waits for her more talented opponents to make a mistake – which they consistently do! Her single-handed backhand is like a laser. Already taken out Bouchard, Cvitova (both of them admittedly flaky at the moment) and against all odds, overcame Halep. You’d think Sharapova has too many winning weapons, but if she is below her best CSN could surprise me yet again. On Sharapova, but think it could be very close and am prepared to be proved wrong yet again.
This page is extremely quiet today been a long time since I’ve seen it like this, anyway sonnyboy I was on navarro yesterday I thought she had lost after the 1st set and gave up looking but typically she turned the tables again. With it being the final and obviously both in very good form I’m tempted by over 20.5 games at 10/11, what do you think of this?

Valencia Vs Bilbao (5:30pm)
I’m expecting a very open offensive game between Valencia and Bilbao. Valencia is 4th, 19-13 so far and they averaging around 162 ppg in their matches. They are playing very high tempo and there is nothing left for them to play for in the regualr season. They have already secured their playoff spot. Bilbao are 5th in standings and they are tied with Valencia, Bilbao are more of a defensive minded team who average around 155 but against Valencia they could play much more offensively. Given that this could turn in to a bit of an exhibition match I think the 159.5 points total is set too low and I’ll be hoping that both teams will want to put on a bit of a show here.

My Tennis 6-Fold crashed at the start due to Brengle, I think the other 5 legs all won.
NEVER betti on Barthel or Brengle ever again, or any other women tennis players outside of a top 10 ranking…form is so erratic match by match. I mean, Brengle won a set against Suarez Navarro just the other day then she gets beat 1-6, 1-6 by someone way behind her in the rankings.
