WELL that's April over and we're counting down the days to the end of season … and some holidays.
I ended the month 48.8pts up and I'm delighted with that. Any profit is good – my first aim is always to avoid a loss and make betting fun rather than a headache.
Yesterday was a break-even day with a 4pt winner on the Top Treble and 2pt losers on the Super Single and both to score treble.
Greg's corners bet on Spurs won and well done to Kelly for completing a £1000 challenge.
Tonight's main game is Watford v Liverpool and the away side look a little short at 1-2. Sunday was a good day for the Anfield men with Man Utd, Man City and Arsenal all slipping up so they stay third and a victory will give them a massive boost in the race for the third.
However, I can't trust them at the odds. Liverpool have lost to Crystal Palace, Hull, Leicester, Swansea, Bournemouth and Burnley this season although they walloped Watford 6-1 at Anfield and have a good record against them.
Watford are safe and in decent form at home so both teams to score could be a shout at 4-5 with Stan James.
There aren't many other games for me to look at but in La Liga it's Malaga v Sevilla and in Belgium Bruges are at home to Zulte. Malaga have won five out of seven and will make it tough for a Sevilla side whose form has slumped.
Hopefully we'll see some tips on the Scandinavian games and in Ireland there are League Cup matches including Cork v St Pat's and Sean Ireland's confirmed Cork will field a reasonably strong team and has backed them to win.
That's good enough for me and I'm adding Malaga not to lose to make a 1pt daily double.

I’ve seen them explained loads of times but there’s not much to explain.
Points are like a confidence rating – the more points suggested the more confident the tip.
The value of 1pt is down to each individual. I start with a betting bank of 100pts and each point is worth £10.
For example I’d need to lose 100 x 1pt bets in a row to break my bank.
Most people use a points system based on their own pot (bank). 1 point being 1% of their total pot, 2 points being 2% etc.
So, if you start with a bank with £100 in it, 1 point would be a £1 bet, and so on.

Highlighted the three Icelandic games at the start of the thread last night and having had a bit more time to look, I feel it’s worth adding to the treble and homing in on one game in particular…
GRINDAVÍK VS. STJARNAN (20.15 KO):
Visitors Stjarnan are one of the ‘bigger’ names in Iceland and are usually there or thereabouts come the end of the season BUT…I’ve noticed that in the last campaign in particular (and largely in the pre-lim cups) they are incapable of keeping a clean sheet despite their dominance in most games.
They have kept a clean in sheet in just 22 of their last 30 and a good number of those came outside of the league (Urvalsdeild) games.
Newly promoted Grindavik may well find it tough after life in 1 Deild but certainly have enough attacking prowess to worry the more established Stjarnan and head into this having scored 17 team goals in their last 7.
The sides have already played out two draws in 2017; 2-2 and 1-1 scorelines offer an extra nod towards the likelyhood of a match involving goals from both sides and that is confirmed if you unpick the H2H’s even further – a total of 14 in the last 10 years…12 out of 14 saw BTTS whilst 7 of the last 8 saw BTTS & OVERS getting the green light!
