IT was a good end to the week with both my Friday singles winning. Levante fought back from 1-0 down to edge out Eibar while the over 2.5 goals single was up at half-time as Willem v Twente went as the stats suggested.
I've lobbed 0.25pts off the Super Single total after advising a small cover on draw at Levante at 8-1 with seven or eight minutes to go.
So we move on to Saturday and it's bit of a disjointed weekend with cup matches in England and Scotland and hardly any top-fight games.

I am inclined to agree with you Mr F. Eustace is still a few weeks off unless I’m mistaken and although Thorne picked up a slight strain keeping him out for a match, he’s been patchy.
Hughes had a wretched game on Saturday and was dropped to the bench for Tuesdays loss. It might give him the impetus to get off his backside and put in the performance we’ve grown to expect from him.
I’m full of praise that Derby have strengthened so heavily in the defensive area yet they’ve not managed to field a back 4 that delivers a consistent level of performance. we’ve had a defender in from the Primera league – highly rated, yet he’s hardly figured. Warnock got red carded on his debut and I don’t think even McClaren knows his strongest back 4.
I’m fully expecting Derby to end this horrid run and put on a show of strength for what is essentially make or break time in the season close. Although we’re capable of a cricket score, Birmingham can and have upset the odds plenty of time this season. one interesting point to note though about the reverse fixture that Derby won ( I think it was 4-1 ) Birmingham were on a tremendous run that saw them quickly rise out of the relegation battle – some may call it the honeymoon period for Gary Rowett’s new managerial post at St Andrews, Derby ended that run by putting a bagful past them.
All teams in the league are upping their game and its now time for Derby to follow suit.
I do believe we’ll win it, and our earlier shots at goal in the 2nd half of Derby’s last game away – you’d of put your house on them to score, how they never managed it is beyond me.

Morning Guys, FA Cup Aston Villa v West Brom
West Brom have scored on each of their last six visits to Villa Park and with no league points on offer and a chance to play at Wembley, I can see both sides going for it. Both teams to score is 11/10 William Hill. This bet as landed in the last six meetings at Villa Park.
Christian Benteke scored that vital penalty in midweek, and I am backing him to follow up again. Tim Sherwood got Adebayor scoring when he was at Spurs and I think he can do the same with Benteke. He as scored 3 in his last 5 against West Brom and I want to be with him at 2/1 Ladbrokes.
My final selection could be looked at as strange given Villa don’t score that many goals, however I am taking them to score O1.5g at a 21/10 Coral. Aston Villa have scored in each of their last 5 home games, giving this bet half a chance, three of those have seen O1.5g and twice they been against midlands teams, West Brom in Midweek and Leicester.

Hi guys, a little tip I dug out from the German Regionalliga
Auerbach – Hertha BSC II: Under 2.75 asian goal line @ 1.93
If we look at Herthas last couple of games, most of them have seen goals, but many of these games were at home. Away from home, Hertha are not so prolific scorers, having scored more than 1 goal only in 1/10 last away games. Auerbach are fairly poor, but I think they are capable of defending at home. The main reason for this bet however, is the poor quality of the pitch. Auerbach have had big problems with their pitch during the winter and had quite a few home games cancelled due to this . This is their first competitive fixture at home since November and the pitch is far from perfect. On Thursday, even the home coach admitted that there could be problems with the pitch and that the chances the game will actually be played were 50:50 :

Crusaders Win and BTTS (6/4)
Was bitten by Northern Ireland last night but diving back into the depths today. Crusaders should win this game and should score a few goals doing so having scored 11 goals in their last 2 games. Institute don’t have the greatest defence in the world, but they do normally grab a goal have scored in 24 out of their 30 games this season. Both meetings this season have seen both teams score with this exact fixture earlier in the season finishing 3-2.

@Jamie180. Bradford have the reputation and history to win the game. Anyone who can bet Chelsea can go all the way to the final. Really just depends on how the players perform on the day. For Bradford they have nothing to lose really as the form book says Reading should win. Personally i dont think they’ll lose today – but that’s just my opinion. Regarding stake –
I take my best U2.5 under and go large , then with the projected winnings I do all the others as doubles (U2.5) or treble (U3.5)
If my main bet wins then any of these winning is profit, if they don’t win its an even day. If the main bet loses then the doubles and trebles winnings soften the blow, if they all lose then it’s a rubbish day and move onto tomorrow.
If I do look at an Over or BTTS then it’s got to be 80% both to be honest.
