Simon hasnt been in great form so far this season but seems to have turned it on at miami beating a decent marin cilic and then demolishing lucas pouille who beat david ferrer the round before.

Lakers in real trouble at the moment. News has surfaced that D’Angelo Russell is being isolated by teammates after a video appeared of Russell recording a private conversation between he and Nick Young. In the video, Young, who does not appear to know he’s being recorded, admits to cheating on his current fiancee Iggy Azalea. It’s currently unknown how the video became public, but the resulting tension from the video was reportedly a factor in the Lakers franchise worst 48-point loss to Utah on Monday. “It’s bad,” one team source told ESPN.com’s Ramona Shelburne. “It’s about as bad as it can get. There were trust issues already. Now there’s no trust.”
Cue the arrival of another good defensive unit who are also playing very well offensively since the All-Star break. Miami should win here and could cover their double digit spread if the Jazz game is anything to go by. I’m going to wait and see what the line does but this is the only game interesting me tonight.

Just a lean at the moment, but quite liking Phoenix Suns tonight too.
Milwaukee have been struggling lately losing 5 in a row, Phoenix however have been playing better.. covering spreads and winning the odd game.
Suns are 4-2 last 6 ATS.
I’m also expecting Brandon Knight to have a big game as a former Bucks player.
So Knight has a big game and Phoenix keep it close, that’s my thoughts…

The -4.5 spread at evens looks lump worthy then in my opinion
I really hate double digit spreads but the -9 is gone so going to chance the -10 on the Heat @ 10/11 @ Paddys. 2.2 points. Some would argue the Lakers could be in bounce back mode after their thumping from Utah, but not me.

I planned to add my reasoning for betting Utah Jazz, here it is:
Earlier in the season Warriors were -8 in Utah (I took Jazz +8 at that time), and they won the game by 3 points… back then they were absolutely dismantling teams.
Now things are different, Warriors aren’t covering spreads.. they are 1-5 last 6 ATS and are on a b2b tonight. That’s why the line is set rather low.
I’ve looked into Warriors ATS results away against the top 5 defenses so – Spurs, Jazz, Cavs, Raptors and Heat.
30/11 Utah – Didn’t cover.
05/12 Raptors – Didn’t cover.
18/01 Cavs – Covered.
24/02 Heat – Didn’t cover.
19/03 Spurs – Didn’t cover.
The fact that they’re on a b2b tonight makes me like Jazz even more, make no mistake Utah is a very tough place to come and I personally feel they have an outside chance of winning outright.

I agree mate, they also looked very poor last night in general…though wizards have a perfect quick style that naturally causes GSW problem’s.
Though i have taken GSW, statistics are helpful, but they are not the be all end all, i think we can all agree if GSW turn up, they can dismantle anyone (perhaps bar spurs) with ease.
And i think they will turn up IMO of course. GL mate ( not too much tho :P as im due some luck after that dreadfull 20+ lead collapse by the cavs)
