HIBS picked the wrong day not to turn up with plenty of people backing them to beat Rangers.
Alan Stubbs's men were poor so it's congratulations to Hearts who sealed the Scottish Championship title thanks to their city rivals failing to win.
I didn't know whether to laugh or cry to be honest. The money I'll collect for backing Hearts to win the title will pay for my upcoming holiday and I hoped they'd seal it before I go.
If you see a gentleman going round Edinburgh bookies with a wheelbarrow today you'll know who it is. It's fair to say most site regulars will be in the money thanks to raaljaca's confidence in his team and the fact he was so adamant bookies priced them up too big at the start of the season. The downside of Hibs losing was it cost me 5pts on the Super Single so after some good wins last week I'm nearly 10pts down for the month and looking to recoup it on difficult midweek card.
My goals single was one short, the btts treble was a Bayern Munich goal away and Napoli downed the Top Treble by only drawing against 10-man Atalanta – it was one of those days.
There's not much to look at on Monday and I've been trying to dig up some bets without much success. In the Portuguese League struggling Setubal take on Pacos Ferreira and while the away side are slight favourites I don't have enough confidence to back them.
At a short price the best bets could be Lithuanians Suduva at home to Granitas. It's early days in the league so not much recent form to look at but Suduva have beaten their rivals 4-1 and 5-1 in the only two previous meetings at home.
French Ligue 2 is more familiar to me but again Nancy-Auxerre looks too close to call. Both sides are missing key players and a draw wouldn't surprise me.
Swiss Challenge League leaders Servette travel to Wil on the back of four successive wins but haven't won there since 2008.
One game I've looked at stands up on form and stats but I know little about the sides and see no team news – if anyone can enlighten me that would be great.
The teams is Romanian outfit CSMS Iasi at home to Universitatea Cluj. CSMS have won their last four without conceding while Cluj have lost their last five with no goals scored but just seven conceded – so they've 1-0 and 2-0 defeats.
On the head to heads CSMS have won the last three meetings between the sides by an aggregate of 9-1. Form, stats and h2h says CSMS should but as I say I'd love to see some team news.
Anyway with the Super Single in a bit of trouble I'm taking a chance on CSMS as my only bet of the day. My overall betting bank remains healthy so for me to lose 3.23pts is no sweat. Please only follow if you're not concerned to back without team news – and if anyone finds team news please post it.

Reasoning should be fairly obvious.
Lithuania are not canonfodder but neither are they particularly good. They got a goalless draw in the Ukraine in a November friendly but Switzerland beat them 4-0 in their last competitive fixture.
England have won their last six and I think have the players middle to front to put a little gloss on a win.
Rangers put in their best display of the season against Hibs and if they carry that forward, should be able to beat a relatively poor Cowdenbeath at Ibrox.

Good stuff Mr F. I won’t collect for a few days as I am happy to look at the betting slips every few hours and the online bets also. A brilliant day today reading all the papers but for me this is really testimony to how good Craig Levein is as our Director of Football. 10 months into what is a 5 year plan and the results are already incredible. He was absolutely slaughtered for his Scotland managers time but was not given the backing he deserved to implement change. He is remembered for playing a 4-6-0 formation but people forget that Spain won Euro 2012 using that and for him it was simply forward thinking. Anyway I digress, a brilliant season and now we want 100 goals to round it off.

I personally hope neither are promoted Mr F and do strongly believe we will be the only Championship side to go up. Neither of the two are reliable and see either Motherwell or Ross County being the play off contender and both are capable of beating whoever gets to the final. We don’t need Hibs and Rangers are just too far away from a decent footballing side and need to rebuild properly in the Championship.
raaljaca, looks like St Mirren will finish bottom and on current form they’ll struggle to win the play-off. I thought you’d want Hibs up for the derbies. From a media point of view I hope Hibs or Rangers win the play-offs because I’d like to see them with back in the Premiership with Hearts and doing battle.

The away win was 6-0 so looks like a minefield of a league. I think dave is losing for the same reason as me – too many bets.
So many tips that look good on here I end up following too many and so inevitably some lose and you end up just about covering / small loss most days.
Determined to be more disciplined and follow less tips..!

Indeed dave, I was trying to be serious, it’s something I’ve noticed from your posts and I’m exactly the same! Not all bets can win, there’s an upset of some form every day so some are bound to lose.
gunna try and limit myself to:
A Ss per day, a double/treble and a goals market bet, then one more for good measure ;-)
So 4 bets max and maybe save a point or two for in play if it looks to be going tits up.
