THE Miami Open tennis gets under way today with two British hopefuls looking to avoid an early exit.
Heather Watson, who won her third WTA title earlier this month in Monterrey before flopping at Indian Wells, begins her campaign against the Czech Republic's Petra Cetkovska.
The British No.2 has lost both previous meetings but the most recent was four years ago and she's ranked 60 places higher than the world No.132, who is 3-1 at Paddy Power while Watson is 2-7 favourite at William Hill.
And Laura Robson (19-5, Unibet) looks to shake off months of injury misery when she takes on Kirsten Flipkens (1-4, Ladbrokes).
There's plenty more first-round action from Miami while at the cricket T20 World Cup it's New Zealand – who beat arch-rivals Australia in their last outing – up against Pakistan.
