IT'S one or the other these days – either the Super Single or the Top treble wins but not both.
On Sunday it was the turn of the Super Single on Sunday with Montpellier beating Nice to get me off to a March flier. Nice!
The Top Treble started early with Valencia, picked up pace as Porto sunk Sporting but it all ended in tears as Real Madrid were held 1-1 at home to Villarreal.
My goals Super Single trial started with both to score at Celtic v Aberdeen which had come up in six out of seven meetings in Glasgow but the Dons failed to keep up their side of the bargain despite dominating until the champions took the lead just before half-time.
Roma v Juventus is the highlight of the games on Monday and I'll take a closer look at that as well as Celta Vigo v Elche, Auxerre v Angers and others before putting up top tips.
As I did last month I'll include cover bets in my stats only if I advised them on the site. I advised a part cover on Montpellier, 0.1pt on the draw at 14-1, so that's come off the win.
Having looked at the matches and team news I'm going for a double as the Super Single and it's Juventus not to lose and Celta Vigo to win.
Juve will wrap up the title with three points and while Roma must win to stay alive they're not good to then go on a run and catch the champions. I'd be on Juve to win if it wasn't for the fact they'll be without key men Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo while Arturo Vidal is a doubt.
Roma have drawn seven of their last nine in Serie and their previous home win came back in November against Inter. Juve have won five and drawn three of the last eight and five of their last six against Roma so I'm siding with the visitors not to lose.
Another bet of interest is the bookings market. Ref Daniele Orsato has flashed 60 yellows and three reds in 11 games and when Juve won 3-2 in Turin earlier in the season it was fiery with seven bookings and two sending-offs. However, bookies aren't giving much away and they expect at least five yellows. William Hill go 1-1 for 4-6 bookings and 17-10 for seven or more while a red card is 21-10 at Ladbrokes.
I'm doubling Juve not to lose with Celta to beat struggling Elche. Celta have notched back-to-back 2-0 wins against Deportivo and Atletico Madrid and look safe from the drop. They are unbeaten in four ans should see off fourth-bottom Elche.
Matches between the sides have been tight with the last three finishing 1-0 so an alternative to Celta to win is under 2.5 goals and that pays a best 1-1 at Betfred.
Auxerre v Angers could be one for both to score fans and the same goes for Winterthur v Shaffhausen in Switzerland.

Belenenses Draw No Bet (3/4)
Belenenses have no recent victories in this fixture but they were only promoted back to the top tier last season. They don’t have the greatest home record this season (4-5-2) but they’ve only been beaten at home by teams above them in the league. Pacos have only won 2 away games this season (2-3-5) with both wins coming against teams towards the bottom of the table. It looks good enough for me to take on with money back if the game ends in a draw.
Trabzonspor Win and Both Teams to Score (37/13)
I’m perhaps a bit too fond of this market, but since a 0-0 in their first home match of the season all Trabzonspor’s home matches have seen both teams score in a run of 10 games which includes 7 victories. H2H isn’t particularly supportive of this but with Trabzonspor’s home games having seen so many goals – only 1 of the last 9 has seen less than 4 goals – I can’t resist.
Under 2.5 goals in the Roma/Juve looks good to me.
Juve know the title is basically theirs and avoiding defeat at the Stadio Olimpico should be enough. They know how to shut up shop as most Italian sides do, they’ve only conceded 13 in the league all season.
Roma’s form is indifferent at the minute, they’ve struggled domestically since the New Year and with 1 win in 4 in all comps they’re out of form plus they were away in Holland Thursday night.

jbow, it is called Betting Arbitrage mate where different bookmakers opinions can offer a betting book of under 100% which guarantees a profit, any market of over 100% is the percentage that gives the bookies a profit. It does happen occasionally but not to the extent of being able to make big profits but there are some who use it regularly to make money but it involves betting very large amounts for small returns.

Rapid Bucarest only won 1 game at home this year, and is standing at the 16th place in the league. Constanta only lost once away this year. Last 10 matches, Constanta scored 16 while Bucarest only scored 2.

Mr F- The Roma/Juventus games was the only one that I looked at this am. I believe the team’s own website have Pogba down as a possibility with a late fitness test. On the card market I would also add that all the red cards in the last 8-9 fixtures have all come at the Stadio delle Alpi and not the Olimpico. Generally at the Olimpico there have been 5 or less yellow cards. Slightly risky but I contemplated the Asian under 6 yellows but way too close to call now that you have disclosed the identity of the referee!!! Tough game to call that’s for sure. Roma desparately need the win and they are still reeling from the 3-2 defeat they suffered when there were penalty kicks galore. I recall the game well and Roma were extremely dangerous for 65 minutes. They will want blood. If I had to have a bet I would go Roma DNB @ evens based on what went on in the last game.

Alex, I’m not in a position to do cover bets, due to a couple of reasons, but main one is that I prefer to let it run as I am trying to configure a system, I could have cashed out for 250 before the game but chose to let it run mainly because potential profit was 900, in hindsight 250 is much better than a 5 loss lol but I also gamble for the buzz and got fair value in the buzz I recieced for a fiver this weekend lol…that being said, miving forward It would be prudent to halve my stake and place 2 bets with one to cash out of but for March I am going to reduce the #in the acca to about 6-8 as I think the system can produce regular profit in this range.

While Viitorul is playing a nice attacking football, Rapid has a very cautious manager, which is playing a counter attack style. After the break, Rapid won against Steaua Bucharest (1st in Liga1) with only 1 goal just before the end of 90 min, after the defended all the match. Viitorul lost against CSMS Iasi 14th after they missed around 7 good chances to score and controlled all the match. I think Hagi will make some changes tonight. My bet for this match will be:

– Researched this game because the odds for the visitors looked too good.
-Found out that Rapid have improved their squad at the winter break. They were very poor before winter hovering just above the drop zone. On their return they got a good win away from home against Steau.
-The away side have managed ten goals away from home in the last five but did manage a disappointing 3-0 defeat on their return from the winter break last time out and are apparently missing a couple of key players for this one.
-The home side are available at 3/4 but taking into consideration the threat that the away side pose on their travels I would say BTTS is a great shout at a very decent price.
-Their H2H’s back up the BTTS theory with 1-1’s and 2-1’s dominating the last five meetings.

Richard – I wish. Bet is a rolling Acca, full amount reinvested everyday. Bet is O = O0.5mg and U = U5.5mg.
Bet isn’t a financial one it’s more a personal challenge to bet 67 in a row which is the best I can find that’s been done.
As far as money goes I started with £200 for this and it’s currently sitting at £240.
The nature of this is a bit like your mortgage, first bit is slow and the balance doesn’t move much but if you manage a decent run it then makes a decent amount of cash.
The trick is to withdraw your stake when you have made it in profit so you don’t lose any real money and also only bet on the certs (as best as you have anyway) and try not to force to increase the numbers because it’s just a goal needed, if that makes sense (this is where most bets like this fall down)
My picks are based on the games I ear mark for under or over 2.5 for my shortlist (60% this season for overs and 40% for unders) but didn’t make my final list for my real U or O betting which are my real bets.

– Researched this game because the odds for the visitors looked too good.
-Found out that Rapid have improved their squad at the winter break. They were very poor before winter hovering just above the drop zone. On their return they got a good win away from home against Steau.
-The away side have managed ten goals away from home in the last five but did manage a disappointing 3-0 defeat on their return from the winter break last time out and are apparently missing a couple of key players for this one.
-The home side are available at 3/4 but taking into consideration the threat that the away side pose on their travels I would say BTTS is a great shout at a very decent price.

Sanjay it’s not a bad shout but West Brom tend to only be doing better at home recently. The one thing I would say yes on that to is the h2h, which has only seen BTTS NO once in 8, so it has a decent chance.

I think this is a Crazzy price. Southampton should edge this but I can see Palace scoring. I was thinking this would be around evens but at 23/20 I’m taking it. Kieser I said to Shaun overs as early goals = better cover, and red cards can be the death of South American games, especially if you’re waiting on a team to score but all they’re trying to do is removed the opposite teams legs.
Harp for your information United can win the league until its mathematically impossible but we won’t get into that. Also if you were so sure on your BTTS you should have put that stat up before hand, and not let kyp back it up. The same kyp that used to troll the sh*t out of you btw (the dolphin picture). But well done on your winner, it was a decent price that paid off, but tipping isn’t your job, and in almost every football game BTTS has a chance (as long as they turn up of course) :D I’ll say no more.

Guys, what does the apertura league mean?
How come there are two different leagues?
DMcG, Apertura is the Spanish word for opening, and Clasura is the same for closing. Clasura is when the regular season has finished and playoff or closing league starts. They do this as a few of the South American teams have a playoff system (like the Championship, rather than an outright winner in their domestic league) Hope that helps.
That was an away game and at home I think they had let 1 goal in over the last 4 games (from memory, I may be wrong)
No issue from not following as i have never followed your tips and never would as your so called strike rate is not as good as you claim.
