RANGERS -1 was one of my most confident Super Singles of the year and Pedro Caixinha marked his dugout debut with a 4-0 win against Hamilton.
My Top Treble also won thanks to Chelsea, Leicester not to lose and over 2.5 goals at Torino. That paid 33-10 and I lost 1pt for covering. My Top Treble in today's Daily Record was better at 13-2 but I took less risk on the site with points involved.
The five homes at 8-1 returned the stake with Dunfermline the only loser and two out of three of my scorers were on target with Josh King denying me a 12-1 winner.
Well done to Scott Allot for landing his European both to score treble for the third week running while Desmond's main double was also a winner.
Sunday's another busy day with Man United travelling to managerless Middlesbrough, Spurs minus Harry Kane taking on Southampton and Man City entertaining Liverpool in the big TV game at 4pm.
You've got to fancy United to edge a low scorer and for the others I can see both teams on target.
In Scotland Celtic can't clinch the title yet after Aberdeen beat Hearts but they should win at Dundee.
On the Continent Roma take on Sassuolo in the late match while in Spain it's Barcelona v Valencia and Atletico Madrid face Sevilla and the big game in Germany is Borussia Monchengladbach v Bayern Munich.
Been struggling to find value today and wary of taking some teams who were involved in European action in midweek such as Monaco, Lyon and Juventus who have tricky away ties.
In the end I've gone for Roma who should get back on track after a poor run at home to Sassuolo. Bayern and Barcelona remain in good form and are scoring plenty. Take them to win at Borussia M'gladbach and at home to Valencia respectively with match goals added for a price boost.
The Super Single is a double – Atalanta to beat Pescara and Deportivo draw no bet against Celta Vigo. Atalanta were crushed 7-1 at Inter last week but should recover against Serie A's worse team.
Deportivo are unbeaten in four since Pepe Mel was appointed and that included a draw with Atletico Madrid and home win against Barcelona last week. They should be able to at least avoid defeat against a Celta side who have been struggling in La Liga with no wins in four but beat Krasnodar away on Thursday to reach the last eight of the Europa League and that trip could have left them leggy.
Yesterday I had some success with scorers and today I'd consider Southampton's Manolo Gabbiadini, Bayern's Robert Lewandowski and Barca's Luis Suarez.

Morning Guys, it is your main man Max here, I have been abroad for a few weeks on business and I hope you all had a successful Cheltenham and some winners on the football. I am back with a NAP a NB and a couple of other fancies on my team Liverpool’s trip to city.
A fellow so called “Red” slated me last time I tipped us to concede, but I don’t wear rose tinted specs when it comes to tipping. The last 5 games we have gone there has seen my NAP land and with both defences weak, I can see this landing again.
We have scored in our last 6 visits to City, and we know they will play out from the back and our high pressing game could see us getting on the front foot. Most teams in Europe would struggle to go too the principality and get a positive result against Europes top scorers right now.
Like the rest of English football right now City are highly over rated and I didn’t see it as a humiliation. More of a loss too a top French team who are enduring a tremendous season and sitting above mega rich PSG.
I’d be more concerned by the amount of cash your own club has spent in the past few years without reaching the Champions League since 2014/15. Haven’t won a title in nearly 30yrs now. Let’s see if Sir Klopp can get yous back in the CL or a league title before another managerial change at Anfield.

Yesterday was a mixed bag for me. Two solid wins on the A-League, followed by two losses on the Chilean league in a really surprising 0-0 outcome between Colo Colo and Huachipato. It was a break even night down to the last cent. Ah well.

Adelaide United v Brisbane Roar (A-League):
Adelaide still sit at the bottom of the ladder and have nothing left to play for but pride. They do see influential captain and keeper Galekovic back today, although have rested Marrone, Carrusca and Hall, as they need to keep their focus on the ACL.
Roar have secured a place in the finals, and see Borrello back in the side, although both Oar and Broich are out through injury, and DeVere, Bowles and O’Toole are all still out. Roar are definitely the better side, but fatigue is likely to be a factor here.
This game has all the makings of a bore draw, and I’ll do something I almost always hate doing.. and tip unders.
Western Sydney Wanderers v Wellington Phoenix (A-League):
Now this game should be a lot more interesting! Wanderers host the Phoenix in a game which will determine which side ends the round in a finals position, and which doesn’t. Both sides are very mixed form, although goals are never far away, particularly for the away side.
Wanderers see Lustica and Santalab back, and other than long term absentee Melling, have a full squad. Tratt and Rossi return for the Phoenix, seeing them at full strength.

Swansea drew a blank yesterday evening so it was 3 out of 5 in the end, but some good profit based on my own stakes nonetheless. Today, I’m trying something a little different.
I have noticed a few trends that have caught the eye regarding corners. Man City average 7.1 corners home and away in the league this season. At home, they average a little more at 7.9 corners and have racked up significant corner counts in their home games against the ‘better opposition’ (5 v Spurs, 8 v Arsenal, 9 v Chelsea). The theme of these games is that they tend to be chasing them in the second half, and given that I expect Liverpool to trouble City today, it could follow a similar pattern, seeing City rack up at least a few corners. I, like most, expect goals too. With this in mind, a particular SkyBet requestabet sticks out…
Monaco have shown themselves to be a direct side and, for any of those who saw their tie against City, you’ll know that they aren’t afraid to whip the ball into the mixer as soon as they get into wide positions. Their corner stats though, comparatively, aren’t as impressive. Just the 5.5 corners per game, with a stable average both home and away. They visit Caen today after their conquering of City and I’m not entirely convinced they will have it all their own way given a few injuries off the back of the tie in midweek. If they are pressing for a goal at any stage, corners could flow.
