THERE'S a huge card on Tuesday so I've decided to put up a Super Single shortlist.
In the Champions League it's Atletico Madrid-Bayer Leverkusen and Monaco-Arsenal while it's almost a full set of fixtures in the Football League – and we know how they usually are.
This is my list from looking at form and stats but not team news – I'll do that it in the morning.
From my early glance I like the look of Watford at Wigan. The Hornets are better at home but we know all about Wigan's record at the DW and a price of 29-20 at BetVictor, bet365 and William Hill looks good to me.
Bournemouth and Norwich will be tested at Cardiff and Huddersfield respectively while the big game in the Championship is Derby v Middlesbrough.
I can't see Arsenal overcoming a 3-1 deficit against Monaco but they'll give it a go and could get a result on the night.
All of my picks are evens or above so let's hear your thoughts on them or any of your own picks.
Super Single shortlist
Monaco v ARSENAL
BLACKBURN v Brentford
WOLVES v Sheffield Wednesday
Wigan v WATFORD
Huddersfield v NORWICH
Chesterfield v GILLINGHAM
Doncaster v SWINDON
Orient v BARNSLEY
Walsall v SHEFFIELD UTD
Exeter v STEVENAGE
Already posted my bet for tomorrow on the previous thread:
Wolves over 1.5TG v Sheff Wednesday
13/10
Coral
Other overpriced teams I LOVE the look of are Blackburn at home to Brentford at a massive 13/10.
Charlton away at Blackpool at 11/10!
Watford away at Wigan are 16/11!!!! Seriously???
Those three teams to win are a mind blowing 11/1!!!
Barnsley DNB 6/4 looks the safest option and will be my main bet tomorrow. ;)
Arsenal win 2-0
As a Wolvessels fan, I can confirm we’ve got no new injury problems & need 3pts to keep in touch with top 6.
Arsenal and Watford were both on my list for tomorrow.
Norwich and Barnsley have got to hit a wall at some point. Huddersfield could test the Canaries, while Orient are on their way to turning that corner.
Barnsley to win 5/2 is way over priced ! I’ll have some of that along with mattersburg – hearts – Oberhausen – small stakes Acca
I’m an arsenal fan, and the 3/1 on offer on us -1 is a huge price. Banker for tomorrow is arsenal,Norwich and Bournemouth. Norwich are a huge price with Huddersfield not having any strikers due to injury has to be the bet of the year.
luke, haven’t checked team news but good heads up re Huddersfield.
Wigan have won 3 of their last 4 including a win against in form Norwich, but they are missing top scorer McLean on Tuesday night to suspension. Pennant scored 2 at the weekend for Wigan but we are getting to the business end of the season and Watford should be too strong for them at 11/8 with Bet365.
Barnsley have no injury worries ahead of their game away to Orient, with 6 wins on the bounce, I fancy them to keep up their play off hopes at 12/5
Your aways on Saturday came close Mr F, what about the first 2 games and then sticking Swindon in for a treble, they should see out Doncaster
3 aways
Watford
Barnsley
Swindon
– 18/1 Bet365
MrF-Barnsley draw no bet for me,but also like watford away to a Wigan side that can’t win at home. Maybe a draw no bet daily double?
I like the look of two of Ladbrokes enhanced:
Norwich, Wolves and Ipswich – all to win at 13/2
Atletico Madrid and Arsenal – both to win – 3/1
cardiff gotlucky the weekend bournemouth 10/11
Have a look
