NONE of Man City’s 35 Champions League games have ended 0-0 – and that’s good news for anyone who sat through their tedious clash at Norwich on Saturday.
City looked as if they were going through the motions ahead of tonight’s Champions League return with Dynamo Kiev – and that’s strange since they lead 2-0 from the away leg.
The Ukrainians might fancy their chances having seen Norwich earn a point but haven’t won in 13 visits to England. So if City are in the mood they should extent their advantage and are a best 8-13 with Coral to do so.
Another good stat is that City have kept just only one clean sheet in their 17 Champions League home games – against Bayern Munich in 2011.
The one shining light in a season that’s petering out for City is Sergio Aguero who has netted 16 goals in his last 17 Champions League starts. He is 3-1 to score first and 8-11 at Ladbrokes to net at any time.
Atletico Madrid settled for a 0-0 draw in their first meeting at PSV and should finish the job in Spain.
Atletico have lost once at home this season and conceded just six times so consider them to win to nil at 5-6 with Paddy Power.
