IT'S a new day and it's a new month. May's seemed a marathon month and after all my endeavour I ended the Super Single on the zero mark.
I took a chance with my 1.2pts profit on Genoa and both to score and while they netted it was Sassuolo who picked up the points.
A week ago I'd have taken no loss when I was 20pts down but it would have been nice to finish with a winner.
I put up a risky 1pt Top Treble but it was short-priced Rosenborg who were the biggest disappointments as they were held at home to lowly Tromso. Sporting suffered an early sending-off but fought back from 2-0 down to force a last-gasp draw with Braga then win the Portuguese Cup Final on penalties.
There was more drama in the Champions League decider between Napoli and Lazio with the home side also battling back from 2-0 down to level before Gonzalo Higuain, on a hat-trick, blazed a penalty over the bar. Napoli were stunned as Lazio punished the blunder with two late goals to clinch third spot.
I suggested all Italian teams could score today at 50-1 and while it was close all matches did go over 2.5 goals so well done to anyone who took that as an alternative. Serie A was good for goals this season and it's worth considering when the new campaign kicks off.
So we move into June and we're counting down to the Champions League Final followed by Euro qualifiers so I'm not quite at the stage where I play more golf than post tips … but it's getting close.
The main game tonight is the Bundesliga promotion/relegation play-off between Hamburg and Karlsruhe. It was 1-1 in the first leg so Hamburg are up against it as they try to preserve their status as the only club to have played in the top flight since the Bundesliga was formed in 1963.
Away goals count in 90 minutes – that's how Hamburg survived a year ago – so they'll need to score against a tight outfit who notched 17 clean sheets in Bundesliga 2 during the regular campaign.
Karlsruhe conceded just seven goals in 17 homes games and there is a chance they could settle for a 0-0 draw. No scorer pays 17-2 at Betway. It's probably too risky a tactic and with Hamburg needing to score and having to push forward at some point I can see Karlsruhe netting and picking up the victory they require.
To qualify Karlsruhe are 8-11 with William Hill and Ladbrokes but unless you believe it will be a high-scoring draw then take a home on the night at 13-10 with Coral. That's the Super Single and I'm hoping to get June off to a winning start.
With it being a fairly quiet month I'll be keeping stats for a combined Daily Double/Top Treble and today I'm starting with a double. Firstly I'm on Djurgarden to score at Swedish leaders Gothenburg.
Djurgarden have won six of their last seven away games and hit 22 goals in 10 outings while Gothenburg have won and conceded in three of their last four matches. A price of 8-15 on Djurgarden just to score is reasonable – if you fancy Gothenburg and btts that pays a best 29-10 at 888sport.
Double up with both to score as Follo visit Brann in the Norwegian league. Follo have netted in every game this season and five of their last six have gone over 2.5 goals. Brann's last two matches have produced nine goals but there are no head-to-head stats to go on.

Sunday has traditionally been a good day for us, but this weekend it was Saturday that delivered the big + day.
For those that chose to follow all week, as promised we delivered a + week. In short, no money lost and profit seen. While we can make no promises or guarantees, this is what months of testing has produced.

As I’ve said a few times, this is slow, boring betting which requires patience and control. I’m surprised and pleased that Dave Wiseman has stuck with it so rigidly, and now after 2 weeks, betting everyday he hasn’t lost a penny in two weeks and has increased his bank approx +5/6 and in a position to raise he stake for a 2nd time now.
Yesterday we delivered -1. It would have been 0 if we didn’t do Napoli , O10 is not a line we normally do but chose to get on it as a one off due to the nature of the game and paid the penalty for going outside criteria – lesson learned.

Alex, raaljaca will give any price you want! It’s a tough call between Hibs, St Mirren, Falkirk and of course Rangers. So much will depend on who Rangers manager is and waht kind of budget they have to bring in players after the current squad is cleared out. Slim pickings tonight, but I got a beady eye on the Landskrona vs Trelleborgs match in the Swedish Division 1 Sodra at 6pm.
The booksters are siding the away win (27/20), rightly so, they’ve won their last 3 aways and sit top of the pile whereas the home team are yet to score a goal at home, let alone win here. Landskrona seem to have found their feet after getting over the shock of being relegated last season, and have won their last 2 away games. However, we’ve all seen teams play better away than at home. Infact, the last time Landskrona won a league game here was in August 2014. 7 home games ago.
I dont think Trelleborg are ready to lose just yet, especially to a team yet to score infront of their fans. Trelleborg draw no bet (7/10) for those into WDW market may be worth a shot.

Wasn’t a good day in Sweden with a 0-0. Haven’t checked stats but I imagine there was a plethora of chances and a 0-0 in Sweden between two goal monsters is quite strange but hey ho on we go.
