Hello aarron, I couldn’t back them with any confidence as theyre too hit n miss for my liking with just the 3 wins from 12 lg games but don’t let me put u off as u proved me wrong before.If being forced to have a bet tonight which I’m not id that the BTTS in the Galway v Limerick game considering Galway have scored in four of their last five and in eight of their last ten games. they have also conceded at least once in nine of their ten home fixtures so far this season, both teams have scored eight times in Galways home games this season.Limerick have scored in four of their last five away matches but have also conceded in four of those 5 away games plus they’ve found the net in all but two of their away games this season. THE STRONGEST VS. LANÚS (23.00 KO):
The Bolivian hosts have long been one of my ‘pet’ teams in SA and I’ve written much about the stranglehold they have over opposition on home soil; Estadio Hernandes Silos sits way up in the Andes and is the 2nd highest professional football stadium in the world.
Issues around altitude are very real and rightly see the hosts odds on favourites against seemingly better opposition as a norm.
But…
The Strongest haven’t had the usual dominant form in both domestic and COL games; they have conceded in 6 of their last 8 home games against much weaker opisition than tonight’s visitors and have let at least 1 goal in each of the last 3 COL matches.
Step forward Lanus; a solid Argentinian team in fine form who have failed only once in 13 games to find the net – perhaps more tellingly, they have scored in each of the most recent 5 COL games.
As much as I respect The Strongest’s obvious advantages, there is a sense of vulnerability around their game this season and I can well see an impressive Lanus side finding a chink in their armour!

Friday night sees me loitering with intent on the kerb outside Iceland but, unlike Craneguy’s Glasgow Road store ban (flashing and ABH by fish finger), I’m just after a bit of goals action…
FH VS. VÍKINGUR ÓLAFSVÍK (2030 KO):
Probably coming across as an anti-FH fanatic these last few months but they just haven’t been the dominant side of old and the bookies still don’t seem to have picked up on it.
I make it that in around 75% of their last 33 matches they have conceded at least one goal and whilst the figure of 60% in recent H2H’s is slightly less – this season sees a much weaker FH outfit.
Tonight’s visitors, Vikingur Olafsvik may well sit bottom of the pile but, whilst I don’t doubt FH will most likely win, they carry a threat and have scored in 4 of their last 5 Urvalsdeild fixtures.
What stands for out for me is the fact that Vikingur’s performance against the top 3 sides in recent weeks has been strong; narrow losses to Valur (twice), Briedablik by a goal and a win at Stjarnan!

I’ve been quietly beavering away at my own challenge from a £10, typically I’ve run into a few of my own over-reach problems early on, but what with the reduced football card, I’m relearning restraint.
My problem is trying to bulldoze my way through to £100 and I was minutes away from landing an 88/1 double just last week. I think it was the Portugal game and Dundalk. At ht, I had a double @ no further goals. 10/1 was on offer on portugal which landed and Dundalk spoilt the party right at the death with an 88/89th minute winner.
So back to the drawing board:
day 1 £10 to £35.23
day 2 £35.23 to £127.20
day 3 £127.20 to £238.86
I then couldn’t resist with a goal apiece in last nights copa libertadedores games ( think both ended with 1 goal in each + I had a speculative over 1.5 goals in the Kansas MLS game. Had to wait to the 48th for the home side to net, then 20 mins later, the away side scored from the spot to bring in my new balance of £383.89.
Tonight is slim pickings and I’ve opted for a goal in the galway and wexford games. With a little luck, I could grab a steady 13%.

On to the tour de France. Chris Froome has had the yellow jersey over his wingman Geraint Thomas but only by 12 seconds for the last 2 stages. Froomes price is still just around 8/13 to clinch his 4th title.
I pointed out Adam Yates. Well he went in the Giro D’italia and his twin Simon is really taking off where his brother left off last year. Simon is 66/1 for the title, but sitting in 5th overall. Still great value for an each way 1/4 odds. With Quintana 54 seconds down in 9th and the hilly hunting grounds that Froome thrives, if Quintana doesn’t up his game, his tour is over. I’m guessing the Giro D’Italia has taken its toll on him – Froome sat that one out.
The 2 other big riders are Aru and Porte but I think they’ll be a class behind the triple champ.
Other big names/threats to Froomes 4th tour win – Alberto Contador, well he’s banned for failing a doping test and Big gun Peter Sagan booted out from the tour for throwing an elbow in Mark Cavendish’s face in the day 5 final sprint has all the makings of a perfect setup for Froome to grab the tour by its throat.

Fulham United host Campbelltown in the Australian Women’s Premier League this morning. The goal line currently sits at 6.5 match goals at around 5/6. Campbelltown have conceded 118 goals in 15 games so far this season and I expect this to be another high scoring game. Fulham have scored 35 in their 15 games so they know where the net is but Campbelltown could also scrape the odd goal since Fulham’s defence isn’t exactly solid.
I expect there could be double figure goals in this one, especially since Campbelltowns last 2 away games ended 11-0 and 15-1.
5/6 for o6.5mg is a decent bet but I will wait for at least evens or better in play.

I saw the game but something for me didn’t sit right for me. I think Luverdense are on my c*nt list along with 2 from peru, 4 from brazil and a pair from argentina. It’s been South America where I have to tread real careful. Especially with rain in the match. Seems the South Americans get goal shy when the clouds have dampened the pitch.
