THE brakes were put on a decent week by St Etienne and then Dundee last night tripping up the Super Singles.
I'm still in profit (just) but hoped to have been heading for double figures. This weekend's card is tough and I spent a long time picking out my top tips.
I've posted separate previews on the Scottish and English games which cover most of my selections.
For the Super Single I'm on Spurs at a Crystal Palace side who have gone seriously missing in the past few weeks.

Think I’m right in saying Afobe was pulled off against Norwich with an injury?
He was mate. Played on from a knock scoring a goal and then took off shortly afterwards 84th min. I’d guess more so for the fans to give him a cheer after his first goal for the club and partly due to the knock.
Eddie Howe had stated he expects Afobe to be fine but has stated injury doubts for Ritchie and King.

CELTIC VS ST JOHNSTONE TIPS
Celtic playing at home and there should be plenty of goals here. Bitton represent good value at 16/1 with Bet365 to open the scoring and dare I say Efe Ambrose? He’s only scored 5 goals in his Celtic career of 103 games. I stopped backing both teams to score ages ago because the amount of games that finish 1-1 means it’s not worth taking the shorter odds compared to both to score & over 2.5 goals

Monterrey and Pumas. Club America could get two though. They have a decent record against Pachuca who rarely keep a clean sheet away from home.
One clean sheet away from home in almost a year. Not sure what has been wrong with Club America though. They used to blow away teams but struggled in the first stage of the season. They have good plays like Benedetto and Peralta so if they start then can’t see why they won’t get a couple. They love a red card though.

Phillis I’m confident it will win but I’d look to sticking £100 on under 9.5 asian corners for cover so at least make some ££ if it fails. Torino last 2 away games have been 8-5 & 7-5 at Sassaulo and Napoli. Fiorentina last home games has been 6-2, Lazio, & 7-2, Chievo. They played in February last yr in at Fiorentina and that finished 8-1 on corners but Torino were still in EL. Start of 14/15 season Torino were great for team corners then EL games meant they went off boil, can remember it well ?. I done that with Fenerbahce during the week, cashed for half my stake in 89 mins.
