IT was a decent day with my main tips winning – a 2pt Super Single on Northampton and 2pts Top Treble on Watford, Burnley and Dunfermline.
That's always nice but later Ayr provided the highlight when they brought up a 19-1 homes fivefold.
It was also a smashing day for Jordan with winners at 7-4, 13-5, 26-25, 11-10 and 20-1. Greg had a blank day but he'll be back and Scott Allot and Desmond hit the bar.
And it could have been even better but one team beat me on each of my two both to score trebles – Wycombe in England and East Stirling in Scotland.
So plenty of winners on the site and hopefully you picked the right ones on Saturday.
Sunday sees another three FA Cup ties and two Scottish Championship matches live on Sky Sports 1 – Hibs v Alloa followed by Queen of the South v Rangers. Hibs should win by at least two but QoS-Gers is tougher to call with the Ibrox men back on plastic and starting life without Martyn Waghorn.
I've posted a Scottish betting preview and having seen FA Cup line-ups I went West Ham not to lose and I've added a Super Single on Chelsea to beat Man City. City have made nine changes and give three teenagers their debut – so it's a statement of non-intent from Mauricio Pochettino.
Chelsea should win this but of course the price has dropped below evens after the revelations so let's go the Blues to score 2+ at 1-1 with sportingbet.
There are big games on the continent and for my Super Single I've decided to go with Valencia at Granada.
I never thought I'd be tipping a Gary Neville side after their 7-0 humiliation to Barcelona but his side have bounced back well with a 2-1 win against Espanyol – Neville's first in La Liga – followed by a 6-0 rout of Rapid Vienna in the Europa League.
Valencia have beaten relegation-threatened Granada three times this season – 4-0 at home and 3-0 away in Copa del Rey under Neville. In fact in nine La Liga meetings Valencia have never lost – winning eight and drawing one.
Nevilla has brought in Pako Ayestaran to assist and there seems to have been an immediate pay-off.
The feelgood factor should continue with a third win on the spin against a Granada side that's lost five of their last six and conceded 16 goals in that spell.
Valencia are 6-4 across the board and slightly bigger to score over 1.5 goals. For the Super Single it was a toss-up and over 1.5 team goals won.
My both to score treble starts at Schalke v Stuttgart. Schalke are decent at home and have won three of their last four and almost always net. Stuttgart are the only side to have won all their games since the Bundesliga resumption and welcome back top scorer Dan Didavi after a ban. On the h2h five of the last six have seen both score.
Next take QoS v Rangers. The Ibrox men conceded on the plastic at Alloa and Killie and also when they won 5-1 at Palmerston earlier in the season. Queens netted in a defeat at Ibrox earlier in the season and in five of six recent clashes in Dumfries.
Complete the treble in Portugal where there have been loads of goals recently. I could have gone with Braga v Guimaraes of Tondela v Maritimo but have picked Belenenses v Arouca.
Apart from a 5-0 loss to Benfica the last four for Belenenses have finished 3-2, 2-1, 3-3 and 2-1 while Arouca have netted 11 in five and conceded in all but one. That run included an impressive 2-1 win at Porto. The sides drew 2-2 in Arouca but the only bad stat is on the h2h which shows the last two in Belenenses have been 0-0 and 1-0.
So that's two tips for starters and there will be at least a Top Treble in the morning. Sides on my radar include Ajax, Roma, Lazio, Torino, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid.
I've decided to go with Roma at home to Palermo and Real at Malaga. Roma had won four in a row before losing to Madrid in the Champions League and should bounce back against a side with one win in six.
Madrid are a best 10-11 at NetBet at Malaga and while it looks big they drew 0-0 at the Bernabeu and Malaga have drawn one and won one of the last six meetings at home.
Real need the points to stay in the title race and while they're not the most reliant side on the ride I'm having some of the 10-11.
Having seen teams, with West Ham making just two outfield changes, I'm backing them not to lose in their FA Cup tie at Blackburn.

Fancy over 1.5fhg in the armadale and Cockburn city games – double pays 3.75
Made my worst ever cash out decision yesterday’ in my big line( 8 homes for a tenner) after roughly 65 minutes yesterday, the only team letting me down was Bristol Rovers losing at home to Morecombe. Looking at the match stats Bristol Rovers didn’t even have a shot on target, then Ross County went down to ten men and Hamilton equalised, followed by Blackpool equalising at Swindon, I decided to cash out for a few quid as the line was going nowhere. Lo and behold, all my teams came back to win, and a Tottenham win today, will have cost me a £991 payout. This is the first time I’ve made a real boo boo with cash out, and am gutted. Apologies to anyone who has backed Spurs, but I’m hoping for a draw or loss to make me feel slightly better!!!!

I never cash out like that but saw I had Derby losing to Brentford all the way to the 80th minute so I cashed out for a quid and stuck another bet on which looks certain for some betting money today. A friend (really is not me) is in dispute with Coral over their pricing. They apparently have enhances odds on Real to win by 2 or more today but these odds are actually shorter than Real on -1 on the handicaps. Don’t know the prices but do any of you guys have any idea whether this is misleading pricing or not? Not the same bet I know but both looking for same outcome…
That does seem strange if it’s an enhanced odds special but I really don’t think there is any cause for claim there unfortunately. The bookies can give whatever they like for their odds, in their book it’s just good marketing.
They are offering 23/10 on a Madrid win with a -1 handicap, but the special is 2/1 for Madrid to win by 2 or more goals.
I always check Goal Line on B365 as odds are often better there than on Total Goals – even though it is the same bet, they are ‘different markets’ in the bookies eyes……. I suppose it’s like picking up a ‘special offer’ multipack when if you’d checked down the aisle you could have bought the items separately for less. I wouldn’t say it was misleading, although if I was Coral I’d void the bet as a goodwill gesture……

warktheline, everyone knows Feyenoord are in terrible form and I’ve tipped against them a couple of times recently.
Roda are the only side who haven’t beaten them in that terrible run with a cup draw over 90 minutes.
Feyenoord boss Gio van Bronckhorst has brought in Dick Advocaat to help out – Sunderland fans may think that’s more of a hindrance but he has the experience van Bronckhorst needs in this situation.

Almost broke even with everything I tipped on here, absolutely smashed everything I didn’t lol. Typical. What I don’t tip on here I don’t include in my stats tho, it just increases my bank.
