SATURDAY wasn’t the best day for this market and one game with both scoring in the Championship summed it up.

I’ve scoured the European card for possible winners on Sunday and hopefully this fivefold comes in.

So let’s start with in La Liga with the clash between Athletic Bilbao and Malaga.

Both teams’ form has been a bit erratic and it should be evenly matched between sides pushing for a Champions League spot.

Nine of the last 11 meetings between the sides have featured both scoring so history is on our side. Athletic’s last four have brought up this bet, with 19 goals scored, and both have hit the target in Malag#s last five with 18 goals produced.

Next look a couple of Italian games. There have been more goals than usual in Italy this season and 30 have been hammered in during Genoa’s last six games. In four of the last five the over 3.5 market paid out.

Three out of Genoa’s last four have seen both score and this has happened in three of the last four meetings between the teams.

Udinese v Cagfliari has a history of goals. Four of the last five meetings have paid out on both to score and totalled 19 goals.

The last seven Udinese matches have witness both scoring so this can be No.8.

Next it’s off to France for Bordeaux v Lyon. It’s difficult to ignore a side who won a thriller 5-4 at champions Lille last week. On Sunday they entertain another top side Lyon whose last three have featured both to score.

Five of the last seven meetings between the sides have seen both net and it was 3-1 to Lyon earlier in the season. If Bordeaux play like they did last week it should be a high scorer.

Finally, I’ve had some success on Bundesliga 2 and I’m back there on Sunday. It was a toss up between 1860 Munich v Fortuna Dusseldorf and Aachen v Hansa Rostock and I’ve settled on the latter.

Aachen’s last five have seen both score and four of the matches have ended in score draws. There’s not much between the teams but having netted and conceded in their last three I expect more of the same from Rostock.

Both teams to score

Athletic Bilbao v Malaga (3pm)

Genoa v Chievo (2pm)

Udinese v Cagliari (7.45pm)

Bordeaux v Lyon (4pm)

Aachen v Hansa Rostock (12.30pm)

Martin, PSV have let you down and I liked the look of the other two as well.

I can’t fancy the Bordeaux game for both teams to score. Bordeaux have kept 4 clean sheets out of their last 5 home games, and the last 3 meetings at Bordeaux between the two sided have ended in only team scoring.

Simon, again it’s about opinions. I’m looking at Bordeaux conceding four to Lille last week and wondering how they can keep a clean sheet against a side just as good. On the other hand they won the game 5-4 so clearly have got something about them up front. Lyon aren’t as free-flowing as sides of the past but having drawn their last game 2-2 at Marseille I’m hoping they can at least score.

Nobody forces anyone to back or follow the tips some win some lose same as most tipsters. Least he takes his time to check team news latest results etc. so cheers fix-it. Any helps is better than none.

Both teams to score is just luck

Chris, btts involves a lot of luck. I try to eliminate games where it looks like one team won’t score, for example I stayed clear of all the FA Cup ties and two SPL games. And in the end only Liverpool v Brighton produced. But often there are games that look low scorers and suddenly up comes a 4-3 or 5-2. That’s the way football is – unpredictable at times.

David, what you say is correct. If any tipster was right all the time there would be no bookies. I like the both teams to score bets but i’ve said in the past picking them at random can often produce better results than studying form, stats etc. I think my record is quite, for example five out of six on my main line on Saturday with just Cardiff letting me down. At the end of the day any team can score in any given game because how often do you see 5-1 or 6-1 results. One-sided games where both score.

It’s the defention of a gamble. Ether goes your way or it doesn’t simple.

Mike, just one of those days I hope. I’ll be back on Tuesday confident of picking a winner. And if you think you can do better let’s see your picks posted here before 11am tomorrow. If you get more right than me I’ll send you a £10 betting voucher. So there’s the incentive, let’s see how easy you find it.

I have been following mr fix now for the last five weeks with both teams can score. Do you ever get any correct? I all ways do my own bet then I put £10 on your predilections what a wast of time and money. Starting to think you are working for the bookies. Your right about your name mr fix because this website is a fix. Good bye mr fix, keep up the good working muging everyone.

Nick, there have been regular winners and you know that. For example on Saturday my top tips line came up with five out of six correct, doubling the money for anyone who took the advice to perm five from six. One side let me down for a 20-1 winner and it was Cardiff who surprisingly failed to score at Ipswich. All the tips are put up in good faith and always with reasoning. If you don’t agree with them you are entitled to do your own selections.

He can’t get it right all the time.give him a break I follow him every week and he does the job most of the time.no body is forcing you to follow him.start your own service if you think your that good!

  9. george 6 years ago

hi mr fix it, to perm, say i put 6 teams on do i tick the 5-fold and accumnulator box or the 6 fold and accumulator box.? and that means if 1 lets me down and the others win i will get a bit of profit back?

  10. george 6 years ago

the both teams to score up to now ive looked at are

    blackpool v west ham
    scunthorpe v walshall
    cheltenham v afc wimbledon
    barnsley v birmingham

  11. Peter brown 6 years ago

No problem mate keep up the good work.its a great service!

  12. matthew downey 6 years ago

The criticism of Paul is completely ridiculous, the people complaining must have searched for football tips in hope it would be guaranteed profit, nobody can predict every game right and personally Paul has made me a fair profit from his tips

Matthew, I don’t mind criticism but it’s got to be positive. Comments like “my dog can pick better than you” aren’t called for. At the end of the day we’re providing free tips and punters can take them or leave them. I’d love them to be winners every time but if they were I’d be packing my bags and not spending my time doing this.
