IT was all about the Europa League yesterday and my only bet was a 1pt both to score treble and it was always going to be difficult to land with just five out of 16 ties bringing up the market.

Well done to anyone who landed winners but looking at the results there won't have been too many.

Saturday's a tough card but I'm putting up an early Super Single of Millwall to beat Leicester. The Lions have already defeated Bournemouth and Watford and Claudio Ranieri says he'll make 10 changes. Take a chance on Millwall at 21-10 with Coral and it's a price that could drop.

Tonight two big names are in action as they try to cement their places at the top of their respective tables.

Monaco travel to Bastia and Juventus entertain Palermo and I can't see anything but two wins. Juve are extremely short but Juve to score 2+ doubles with Monaco pays evens and I'm taking that as a big Super Single as I try to address the losses.

Juve have won their last five matches to nil so that's an alternative at 8-11 with Paddy Power – and they haven't conceded in four at home to Palermo. Four of their last five victories have been by 2-0 so take the to score 2+ or win to nil.

Monaco have won four in a row and on their last three visits to Bastia who they beat 5-0 at home earlier in the season.

It's Friday night so that means Top Oss who I think have now racked up 22 matches in a row over 2.5 goals. Next up for Top Oss is a visit from Den Bosch – Mr Orange's team – and overs pays 4-9 at Coral.

Mr Orange has put up a good write-up on several Dutch games and is leaving the Top Oss game out due to the short price and Den Bosch injuries. However, I'm taking over 2.5 goals in a treble with one of his tips, both to score between much-changed sides Roda and Go Ahead Eagles.

Complete a goals treble with one of my own. Augsburg face Bayer Leverkusen in the Bundesliga and h2h suggests both to score – 3-3, 2-2, 1-3, 1-3 and 1-4 are the results in the last five meetings at Augsburg.

Had Arduiz Zlatan & Dzeko treble at 9/1
Schalke & Roma at 11/2 enhanced offer & Shakhtar & Lyon at 39/10 but all my odds on bets lost that’s the Europa League in a nutshell

I may end up with egg on my face but h2h support this bet,had it pencilled in after their last game, most other bookies have it as low as 8/13&bet 365 still have it at 5/6 so have 2.5points on Young boys btts&overs, another bet I’ve done is Man City v Monaco btts&overs@11/10 2.5points,hoping no other injuries before that game but that’s the gamble&also 0.5 point on Norwich,Sheff Wed win double over 7/2?

“Early Bird Catches The Worm Special” – it’s very early days in this League (in fact, it’s one matchday old) but with 33 goals scored in the first round of seven fixtures, you’ve gotta be looking at more goals surely. Match Overs are priced unbackably low so I’m going for a double-yer-dough – and a bit on top – treble of BTTS YES.

No joy on the bets last night but correctly pointed out Aduriz to net for Bilbao on what is usually a tough night in the Europa. Back to Friday and some teams we’re glad to see. I’m not betting on Monaco but that’s because of their tie in Manchester next week, but should field a fairly strong squad at Bastia to keep ahead of PSG.

First pick is from a game in the Belgian 2nd Division where Lommel are set for the drop against a side chasing top spot with two games to play, with a home game against second place on the final game of the season. Lommel have lost four of their last six and the wind should already be out of the sails by now. Lierse have scored 8 in their last three games with three wins and five in the reverse tie with Dylan De Belder scoring twice. The Belgian has 21 of their goals this season with 4 in their last three wins.

Double that up with the Newcastle Jets who play the free conceding Adelaide, who I thought would be good for a goal at home to Perth last week. The result ended 5-0 and they now have a tough ask. Not only are they bottom of the A-League and likely out of the playoffs, they also have an AFC Champions League contest to play in, hosting Gamba Osaka next week. The Jets bored out a few on site with a 0-0 draw against the Victory, but they were the much better side and unlucky not to take 3 points.
If Adelaide play anything like they have over the past few weeks then the Jets price is very tempting but not something I’d promote in the A-League. The Jets have scored 9 in their last 5 road games only drawing a blank against the Wanderers. I’d like to think BTTS & Over 2.5 should land here but I’m not putting faith in Adelaide this week.

    Newcastle Jets To Score

    EVS @ 365 – 3 points

    Dylan De Belder (Lierse) Anytime @ 17/20 @ 888Sport – 2 points

    Adelaide United v Newcastle Jets:
For the first match in round 20, we have the rather terrible Adelaide against a stuttering Jets side. The Reds do have a few players coming back tonight, with Marrone, Isaias and Warland all returning to the squad. They are now missing La Rocca through injury, and Galekovic, Kitto and Elsey are also still out. I talked about the huge impact that Galekovic has on this side last week, and we saw the abject defensive display last round without their number 1 keeper and captain. In fairness that was against a vastly superior Perth side.. but also a side who has a terrible away record, and prior to that match only 1 away win in 9 games.

Newcastle have similar poor away in the league to the Glory, with 2 wins, 1 draw and 6 losses to their record. Tonight sees Clut and Allwright return, but they are also missing number 1 goalie Kennedy.

Whilst Adelaide literally have nothing to play for anymore, and must have one eye on their upcoming ACL fixture, the Jets are trying to fend off Wanderers, Phoenix and Mariners, and retain a top 6 position. They are equal on points with Wanderers, and only 2 points above the other sides, so 3 points here is crucial for them. And I really don’t the away team to disappoint here tonight, as I expect more of the same rubbish from the Reds!

Also the card line is way too low on an Adelaide side that is looking terrible, fielding a poor defense, and likely to be embarrassed at home… again. 2 cards in 90 mins? Yes please sir, may I have some more?

And well.. you can’t say I’m not consistent on backing Andrew Nabbout! He’s won for me 2 out of 3 times I’ve posted on here. Usually at odds range of 2.75 – 3.0.

    Tips:
    Newcastle (0 asian handicap) @ 2.08 (3PT)
    Nabbout (atgs) @ 2.75 (2PT)
    Newcastle Jets – over 1.5 team goals @ 2.25 (2PT)
    Adelaide – over 1.5 team cards @ 1.83 (2PT)

Like Obi I really fancy the Jets to get a result against a very poor Adelaide side this morning so I have pulled together a couple of doubles to keep me interested while I watch the game.

    Adelaide O 1.5 cards & Jets O 4.5 team corners @ 2.7/1

    Nabbout ATGS & O 10 match corners @ 4.4/1

    Good luck :)

    Australia A league 850
It’s fair to say the a league has been a bit of a letdown for goals in a lot of matches recently, so as nothing jumps out at me massively for this game I’m going to take a chance on the dreaded unders and no for both teams to score. A quick look at h2h backs this up, where both teams have netted in only 3 of the last 10 games, and it’s the same for overs. The jets were pretty impressive in keeping the victory out last time around and if they can produce the same again at the back, they should have no problems keeping out an Adelaide side who are putting up a worse title defence than Leicester. This is Australia of course so there could be goals goals goals and both bets could be bust by ht so if you follow I suggest small stakes. Suggested bets
    Under 2.5mgs 5/4 William hill 1pt
    Btts-no 13/10 coral 1pt

As the NBA is off for a week, I’m gunna start posting some football bets.

I generally look for goals… first game I like tonight

    Holland Eerste Divisie

    Helmond Sport v FC Emman

    Over 2.5 Goals @ 1.80 (Bet 365)

Emman have conceded 10 in their last 4 away games, and over 2.5 has hit in 4 of their last 5.

Helmond have scored 11 in their last 4 home games.

Looking at h2h stats, at least 3 goals have been scored in 6 of the last 7 games between the 2 sides. A huge 28 goals in total.

Over 2.5 has a good chance here.

    Morning!
    HEIDENHEIM to score .
    SANDHAUSEN to score.
DOUBLE pays a touch over EVENS.

Summary: Stuttgart have conceded in 7 of 10 away games. The 3 clean sheets came against St Pauli, Kaiserslautern and Erzgebirge, the 3 lowest scorers on home soil! Today’s opponents Heidenheim have scored in all bar 1 home game thus far, and are currently 4th highest scorers on home turf, netting 17 times in 10.
A lot harder to throw stats at Sandhausen to score when looking at opponents Kaiserslautern home record! But there’s factors I believe need to be taken into consideration. Yes Kaiserslautern haven’t conceded at home for 7 games, but they’ve had a change in manager, and although the 3 games since the change have been low scoring affairs , they’ve been playing a far more expansive game.
Sandhausen have been in fine form on their travels scoring 10 in last 5, failing to hit the target at Hannover, but gained a more than creditable draw. Strongly fancy them to score today, and wouldn’t be surprised if they scored over 1.5 TGS.

Good luck all with bets today ?

    Dutch Eredivisie

Roda JC v Go Ahead Eagles (Friday)

A relegation battle tonight in Kerkrade were Roda take on Go Ahead Eagles. These two teams have improved after the winter break by bringing in new players. Roda signed 9 (!) new players during the break and Go Ahead brought in 4 new players who made a imediate impact on the results. Go Ahead won their last 2 games and scored in all games in the new year. Crowley (Arsenal), Chirivella (Liverpool) and Manu (Brighton) were thrown straight in the starting XI and it looks like this team is able to avoid relegation. Roda’s problem was scoring goals as they only netted 8 times in 22 games. They almost doubled their goal production in the last 3 games, by scoring 6 goals (4-0, 0-2, 2-2). They played really well at home against Ajax (0-2) and should have scored in that game. This is a huge game in the relegation zone and I can see both teams score in their current form.

Both teams to score @ 1.91 various

ADO Den Haag v Feyenoord (Sunday)

Feyenoord are still on course to win their first league title since 1999. They are playing very well and not conceding many goals. They head to neighbouring city Den Haag on Sunday and I can see them take the 3 points. Den Haag have a new coach, but he was amazed by the level of football and the mental state of the squad. They are in terrible form, losing their last 5 games and are now bottom of the league. I can’t see them getting a result when the league leaders come to town. It’s looks like a 0-2 result to me and Feyenoord covering the -1.5 handicap.

    Feyenoord -1.5 asian hanicap @ 1.91 various

Mr F mentioned my team Den Bosch who travel 15 minutes down to Oss tonight. Den Bosch will be without Beltrame, Regales and Schet which is a huge blow. I can’t name a winner in this game, so the only thing to look for are goals. But with the odds being so low I will give it a miss.

Looks like a few toys out the pram this morning. That result downed two bets for me but not a drop of milk has been spilled. It’s amazing the amount of negative comments that get put up compared to when bets actually win. A-League is a class league for goals and the majority know that. @obi-wan-cannoli gives the best insight into these games and even he gets them wrong. Some people will always voice displeasure over joy I suppose. Back to work guys :D

    • alex_mufc83 7 years ago

Well I’m feeling bitter today I admit it…. I’m really hungover and tired in work, just having a mard.

I would never call someone out for giving a ‘bad tip’ that’s just a bit pathetic, no-one is forced to follow.

I do find A-league very unpredictable of late though…

    • craigyboy 7 years ago

I agree @jordan the A League is amazing for goals. It’s painful to see the Jets playing the way they are though. It’s as if they’ve said we’re going to concentrate on keeping clean sheets. They’ve now gone two games without scoring and don’t look like scoring to be fair. Naboout and Hoole look completely ineffective in the last two games due to their new possession style. They operate best when they get the ball wide to either of these and attack quickly and with purpose.
I’ll be staying away from them until the manager drops this defensively over-cautious style of play.

    • obi wan cannoli 7 years ago

Thanks Jordan. I’ve noticed a lot of negativity towards the A-league every time a result goes pear-shaped. I generally just keep my mouth shut.

Every league has its own ups and downs. I appreciate better than many on here, how unpredictable the A-league can be, but outright slagging off the league and Aussies is a bit unnecessary.

You roll with the gambling punches, dust yourself off, and try again tomorrow. With very little lost even on a bad day, with following all the wonderful regulars on this very forum.

I’m a glass half full kind of guy though. :)

    • old al 7 years ago

This time last week we were all patting ourselves on the back for cleaning up on the Perth game. I won on Obi’s card bet but picked the wrong team for goals, corners etc. – not the first time and won’t be the last but I’ve got over it! Maybe Newcastle didn’t perform because they played on Monday and Adelaide last Friday or because it’s their bogey ground, I put too much emphasis on the ACL fixture I think. Do the research, make a decision and make more than you loose (easy!!). I must admit the A-League owes me nothing so far this year.

    • sean567 7 years ago

lol I placed 4 bets on the a league this morn all of which won. The 2 I tipped on here, @obi wans Adelaide card line and the match card line as well. Won’t hear a word against it???
In all seriousness as Jordan has pointed out before for the A league it’s about knowing which games to put which bets on. As I said in my preview all the h2h stats between these 2 pointed to unders and btts no.

After hours of analysis and stats popping out of my ears, I have chosen 4 games for Saturday’s best bets with 3 games from the Bundesliga and 1 from La Liga forming the bulk of my selections.

Here then are my highly detailed Key Facts for 4 big games on your Saturday.

    #BOlieve

14:30 Mainz 05 vs Werder Bremen
    Prediction 2.2
Best Bets – BTTS @4/6, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @1/1

    Key Facts
*Mainz have seen BTTS IN 7 of their last 10 home league fixtures. 6 of those all went over 2.5 goals (70% and 60% success rate)
*Mainz have won 5 of their last 8 home league fixtures with their only defeat at the hands of champions Bayern
*Mainz have only lost 3 of their last 21 home league fixtures
*Mainz have scored 2 goals or more in 7 of their last 10 home league fixtures (70%)
*Mainz have scored 21 goals in those 10 fixtures, averaging at more than 2 per game over the perid.
*Werder have seen BTTS in 7 of their last 8 away league fixtures. 6 of those also went over 2.5 goals (87.5% and 75%)
*Werder have kept only 3 clean-sheets in their last 48 away league fixtures! (6%)
*Werder have scored in 30 of their last 36 away league fixtures in the past 2 years (83%) More recently, they have scored in each of their last 8 league fixtures on the road.
*Werder have seen BTTS in 17 of their last 19 league games (home and away) (89%)
*Werder Bremen have picked up 5 points from their 4 most recent away league fixtures. Their 12 previous away league fixtures produced the same tally of just 5 points.
*Werder have lost only 1 of their last 9 trips to Mainz
*Werder have won both of their last 2 matches at Mainz in the last 2 years. Both matches also saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals scored
*4 of the last 5 meetings between these two sides have seen BTTS (80%)
*7 of the last 8 meetings between these two sides in Mainz saw BTTS. 5 of those also went over 2.5 goals (87.5% and 62.5%)
*8 of the last 14 meetings between these two sides has seen the AWAY team take the win. Only 2 of those 14 matches produced a home winner.

Final Result (implied probability vs stats)
    BTTS @4/6 = 60% probability
    BTTS and over 2.5 goals @1/1 – = 50% Probability

    Final Verdict

Numbers are they key to success and from now on, I will be providing even more analysis in order to understand whether a bet really offers value or not.

My method, as you can see from the stats, is to find matches where both teams are prominent in the popular goal markets.

Here, for our first match, BTTS is priced @4/6 which gives us an implied probability of 60% for BTTS. In other words, the bookies think this one has a 60% chance of seeing BTTS; The important question though, is whether the odds and the stats weigh-up and whether the price offers value to the likelihood of that outcome.

I have highlighted the % result for the important stats (BTTS records for both teams, over 2.5 goals home and away records and past meetings) in my key facts and as we can see, all of them are above that 60% probability that the price of 4/6 suggests.

Of course, numbers are not our only determining factor when deciding to make a selection and even when the numbers add up, sometimes the result doesn’t. In this instance, I’m happy to take both picks, particularly given Werder’s form in the markets and Mainz own record of scoring goals at home.

Therefor I am confident that both of these selections offer value on the prices offered and for that reason, both selections will be in my final picks for Saturday.

Best Bets – BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE @4/6, BTTS and over 2.5 goals @1/1

Frankfurt sit proudly in 3rd place in the league table, 1 point ahead of both Dortmund and Hoffenheim.
Ingolstadt are 2nd bottom of the league and a full 20 points behind their opponents here
Ingolstadt have lost 7 of their last 9 away league fixtures (78% loss ratio)
Going back further, they have lost 15 of their last 20 away league fixtures (75% loss ratio)
Ingolstadt have improved after a dreadful start to the season. Having won none of their first 15 league fixtures, they have since won 4 of the next 10.
However, they have now lost 4 of their last 5 in the league and remain in deep trouble with only 15 points taken from 20 league fixtures

Final Result (implied probability vs stats)
Frankfurt to win @21/20 = 48.8% Implied Probability

    Final Verdict
Given the price here, I am jumping all over a home win with the stats suggesting this one should be much shorter than the generous 21/20 on offer although Frankfurt do have some injury problems to contend with.

The visitors do not travel well and given Frankfurt’s home form, and the confidence generated from 2 successive wins that have lifted the hosts to 3rd in the table, I can’t see past a home win here and given the price, this has to be one of my best bets for the weekend.

Best Bets – Frankfurt to win @21/20 (*********NAP*******

If you want more of these, simply look for a man called Bo, who happens to break bookies!

Have a great weekend all, and good luck!

    Morning gents

As expected it was a tough night in in the Europa league – a much more famailar card

    Troyes v Nimes KO 7pm

This looks the best match on the card for goals Tonight in Ligue 2! Troyes last three at home have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals whilst Nimes have a terrific scoring record in their away matches! 8 of their last 10 have seen BTTS and over 2.5! Nimes have been in fine scoring form since the winter break scoring 3,2,2,3,1! Meetings between these two haven’t been shy of a a goal either with 6 of the last 7 seeing over 2.5 and BTTS!

Expecting both sides to net here and that should lead us to goals

Back over 2.5 match goals 9/10 (Bet365) (NAP)

    ***Bet with a warning***

Everything I’ve backed this week has flopped however:

Wolves v Chelsea, FA Cup, 17.30, BT Sports

Wolves surely can’t do it again, can they? I’ve looked this morning and at 10/1 it’s tempting…but sadly a big fat no.

Despite going to the game and it being a full house I quite simply cannot see Chelsea failing to over-power us even with their fringe players in the ilk of Fabregas and Bathsuayi (sp) (not bad for the fringe players)

Wolves did the business away at Stoke and Liverpool and played without fear. At home I think there will be an element of expectation on us now to at least give Chelsea a game. Tactically I reckon Lambert has to play it defensively and keep Chelsea out, hopefully from a supporters point of view making it a bit of a chess match, meaning a tight affair.

I don’t think it will take Chelsea long to get to grips with the atmosphere and I’d fully expect them to punish us before the break and once they get 1, I fear they may get 3 or 4.

Chelsea are 4/11 to win the game and I am quite surprised that you can get evens for -1, (although this is dropping to 10/11 with some bookmakers already).

Chelsea to win to nil must also be considered (5/4), as Wolves, since hitting three at Oakwell on the back of the win at Liverpool have netted just once at Burton and that was from the spot. Two successive 1-0 home defeats to Newcastle and Wigan saw poor performances and an inability to create many decent chances.

As I’m going to the game I won’t be placing these bets and will more than likely bet from the heart and bang a fiver on us to win once I see the crowd and hear the atmosphere. Today, sat here assessing how we’ve been playing, and how Chelsea have been doing it’s a no brainer and Chelsea should win this with room to spare.

    Suggested bets:
    Chelsea -1 (evens)
    Chelsea -2 (13/5)
Chelsea to win to nil (5/4)
    Chelsea HT/FT (21/20)
    Chelsea 3-0 (17/2)
    Chelsea 4-0 (16/1)

    Prediction:
    Wolves 0-3 Chelsea

    (Hope I’m wrong)

    • Mr Fixit 7 years ago

Chelsea for me although maybe only 1-0 or 2-0. Wolves have gone right off the boil and Chelsea should play a strong side.

    • craigyboy 7 years ago

I suppose it depends how ruthless they want to be. At 2-0 they may just see the game out but on evidence of what they’ve done in the cup previously I wouldn’t be surprised to see them net a few. Time will tell.

In other games does anyone fancy Sutton at 20/1? Surely worth a couple of quid. Arsenal won’t like it there.

    • Mr Fixit 7 years ago

Can’t see Sutton getting close to Arsenal – the gap’s too big.
For me Arsenal -2 looks good.

    • big mac 7 years ago

Agree with mr f Craig, I’m from Sutton and have seen them quite a lot this season but the gulf in this game is too big, deacon could cause problems for the arsenal defence and I can see him scoring but defensively Sutton will struggle to cope with the pace 5-1 to arsenal is my prediction hope I’m wrong

  39. liamw 7 years ago

The above refers to Gazelec Ajaccio, but also think there is value in o2.5 mgls in AC Ajaccios match or possibly an o1.5 mgls double. No guarantees in Ligue 2 so I’m keeping stakes fairly low:

    Auxerre v Ajaccio AC o2.5 mgls@ 27/20

o1.5 mgls double pays just under evens:
    Gazelec Ajaccio v Niort
    Auxerre v Ajaccio AC

Got to be said all these Dutch games could go over 2.5 tonight, the two dodgiest looking ones are the bottom two on Flashscores.

All the rest I’m having as an over 2.5 treble.

Just seen in the Wolves v Chelsea game…

Wolves to get the first yellow card 11/10…seems decent value.

See Greg has already tipped this and have to agree Troyes looks a good shout for goals.

Troyes V Nimes over 2.5 goals
    9/10

Juve to win both halves 21/20

With Juve being as short as 1/8 I feel this offers some value. Palermo have scored just once in their last 10 meetings with Juve home and away. Missing Chiellini today but not expecting Palermo to be creating too many chances so I’m hoping a minimum of single goal either side of the half should be enough to see it land.

So hanging up my hat for the rest of the month and becoming a follower as I am about 50 points up (net 35) just following the regs @jordan @gregbrowning and @hullshaker along with Mr F of course (sometimes with small adjustments). I don’t follow every bet and always thoroughly research the tips provided as you can’t just follow blindly and should be happy with a recommendation before parting with your hard earned cash.

  49. leroy 7 years ago

    Afternoon all!

There are plenty of old favourites in action tonight (Monaco, Oss…) but one game that has caught my eye is the game between Sittard and Jong Utrecht.

I backed Waalwijk to score 2 at home to the Utrecht reserve side 11 days ago, only for Utrecht to get their first away win of the season in a 1-2 victory. Waalwijk followed that up by scoring 3 away at Breda (curse them), but it’s Utrecht and their away form that again appeals. Today they visit Sittard, who have started a mini resurgence of late. 5 second half goals against Jong Ajax, a goal at Cambuur and 2 on their travels to Dordrecht suggest they’re starting to find the net again. Despite conceding in their last 6 home games, Sittard started the season very strongly at home. Tonight might be the night they return to that kind of form.

However, I fancy Utrecht to cause problems and grab a goal for themselves. They average a goal scored in each away game, where the matches average 3.3 goals per game. They’ve scored 7 in their last 4 and notched at tougher grounds than Sittard’s. The value on the market below is therefore very tempting given the typical prices we see for goals in this league.

Fortuna Sittard vs Jong Utrecht BTTS and O2.5 Match Goals @ 9/10 (Bet365)

    Add: Juventus O1.5 Team Goals

    Double @ 29/20 (Bet365)

    Evening gents,

Safe to say my current form is nothing short of abysmal and whilst January was a cracker of a month, February is proving to be a crapper ?

One game in Chile that looks OK later on and two in Paraguay but Jordan made a really valid comment the other day – when your luck is out, it doesn’t half knock confidence in picks you’d otherwise be confident in!

SPORTIVO TRINIDENSE VS. SPORTIVO LUQUEÑO (21.00 KO):

New boys Trinidense have started the campaign with a 0-3 home defeat to a strong Olimpia outfit followed by an away point (1-1) to a much more vulnerable Rubio Nu side.

Tonight’s opponents, Luqeno were middle of the roaders in 2016 (much similar to Rubio Nu actually in terms of performance) and kicked off their own season with a 2-1 defeat away to General Diaz.

I reckon there’s a high probability of both team’s netting tonight and 1st half goals are – and have been – commonplace in the Paraguayan top flight…Coral’s prices have a marginal edge and I’ll be on two selections:

    BTTS…8/13
    ???

    BTTS 1ST HALF…10/3
    ?

Be warned though – I could well fall into a bathful of tits and come out sucking my thumb at the minute so stakes best kept low.

Onto the Chilean selection with a bit of renewed confidence – partly due to the Paraguayan winners and partly down to the rather splendid bottles of Merlot that Mrs Hull bought to take round to her mother’s tomorrow.

To be honest, I don’t drink wine much but this second pint is going down a treat ?

HUACHIPATO VS. UNIVERSIDAD CHILE (22.30 KO):

On the hunt for goals here and unless I’ve truly pissed off the betting gods, they ought well to be on the menu…

    Since 2010, these two have battled out 14 H2Hs with an amazing profile for goals: 3-0, 1-2, 1-3, 5-3, 4-0, 0-3, 3-4, 1-0, 5-2, 2-1, 2-2, 2-1, 4-2, 2-2…non-too-shabby.

So, if you backed BTTS & OVERS you would have been quids in with 6/6 of the most recent games bringing in the win.

Chancing the more speculative BTTS & OVER 3.5 market would have got the green light in a hugely impressive 4 of the last 6 H2Hs.

Of the 4 games played in both team’s openers, only one has alluded to goals with Huachipato’s 3-2 home win against Palestino last weekend but I won’t let that put me off and think we’ll see plenty of action.

    Three selections to consider:

    BTTS & OVER 2.5 MGS…8/11
    ????

    BTTS & OVER 3.5 MGS…7/5
    ??

    BTTS BOTH HALVES…7/1

Will be having a large Ish single on Bangor.

Danny nardiello age 30 odd (shaker might know his age).
Gary Taylor fletcher age 35, great initials g.t.f.
