Thoughts on Dortmund and Frankfurt ?? Think Frankfort are a brilliant price, lawandowski is missing too for Dortmund
Colm, it’s simply a game I won’t be touching. Dortmund of course were hammered last weekend and could have an eye on the Champions league in midweek. However, Bundesliga points are vital if they want to qualify next season. Eintracht sit just behind them in the table but haven’t been great away.

Theres a game in the N.Ireland lg today that im doing for over 2.5 goals,confidence is very high for this outcome in the Crusaders v Cliftonville game odds 4/7.Both teams sit 2nd and 1st in the table.
Both are very high scoring teams, 8 of Cliftonvilles last 10 games have seen 4 goals or more and Crusaders past 7 games have seen three goals or more. I also like the look of Freiburg away 2 Werder Bremen and feel there could b some value here. Freiburg r very good on the counter attack and this game could suit them down 2 the ground. Werder Bremen seem 2 still see themselves as a ‘big’ club and as such almost seem obliged 2 attack relentlessly at home. Alex, tbh honest, (from one Walker to another so ya know its genuine) I’ve seen enuff/little hints/snippets of Milesey via comments/conversations on here to know that he is a genuine fella who punts VERY serious amounts of dosh, and is extremely good at what he does. The horse tips he give everyday are pretty much testament to that…I personally have made a fair bit on his advice and more importantly trust it. Its not full proof/no sport is, but the strike rate is quite amazing. If he was to come on here and say the actual amounts I think it would blow some folks heids…..honestly. He dunt need too!

I cant talk personally for Milesey but to me he plays percentages/keeps the risks as small as poss….singles, in running…wid doubt what Ive seen that he would lunp on a 28 runner 5 furlong handicap too often on the 6/4 favourite…..too many risks…

Guido, anything in single figures is decent. Best I got to was 13 but not that bothered, just like playing the game socially and a having a few beers in the clubhouse down the road.
Me too Paul..unless ya play atleast twice a week and practise chipping etc (which I used to do) its the toughest game in the world..my mate plays off 3..but not a big hitter (nor me) etc/but keeps in on the short stuff. Seen me marking his card many times/no spectacular stuff and scratchin ma head when I total it up saying..how the hell did you shoot 71 etc when I end up with 77/78 etc n thot I was matching him!!..dunt make mistakes!! great game tho..biggest leveller of any sport/dunt matter who u are…u can make an arse of it!!! :-)
Guido, I try to play once and maybe another nine when the better weather is in. Need a break from the stress of tipping. Short game’s my strong point too but driving better since I got a new one and a lesson last year.
What driver/clubs u got Paul? Ive stuck with a Cobra Hs 9 12 degree with a regular/whippyish shaft which must be 5 years old. knackerd my shoulder 5/6 years back n tried umpteen but like usung an iron bar..shoulder get too firey/stiff if I have to “knock hell oota it”

Its old Council course which was taken over by members…fees are £395 pa…nice normal folk…mixture..lawyers n navvie/no pretence…none of this polished shoes n tie n blazer crap! best courses Ive played be Dornoch n Casttle Stuart…but luv Turriff n Aberdeenshire…great course..Aberfeldy, nicest folk Ive ever come across in a GC..luv Dunkeld as well and Prestwick old course fantastic…if I had the choice/dosh I think itd have to be Pebble Beach or Spyglass or Moterrey which I believe are every bit as good/scenic as PB…..
Guido your green fees are less than half the average down here and you get better course and less busy no doubt! If only the weather was better…….

Muzza, I’m a member at my local course Clober which is all right. I tend to play away a lot with guys from the work, at their courses or some of the championship ones. At the Record we get a few invites to various clubs and you’ve mentioned some of the best. Also go to northern France every year for a golf break and the courses we play there are amazing.

Not heard of Clober Mr F but will look it up. one of my best mates is an ex manager in Scottish football who you will know and I play golf with him on a regular basis. We have a few away weekends with all the lads a year too. Can’t beat the crack and banter. Good way of de-stressing on the golf course!
