IT was a great weekend for Greg and he’s out to make it three winning naps in a row.
There were quite a few matches he fancied but these are the two he’s chosen.
Austria Vienna v Rapid Vienna (3.30pm)
It’s derby-day in the capital and both will be looking to put the pressure on Salzburg. If you look back through the Mr F archives for dates when these two meet you’ll see I’ve probably tipped this game 3 or 4 times over the past few season, all seeing over 2.5 goals.
The last 7 between these two have gone that way and when you look at the hosts’ home results in the league this season 10 of their last 11 have seen both teams score.
Rapid are 7 from their last 9 away. Would be surprised if both sides didn’t net again today. Taking this to see goals again in what is usually a goalfest!
Back over 2.5 match goals 10-11 (William Hill) (NAP)
Arsenal v Leicester (12pm)
Not much I can say about Leicester that hasn’t already been said but I’m going for the Gunners to score at least two. For me Leicester can’t win every game – their record against Arsenal away from him is bleak.
Fourteen defeats and a draw from their last 15 and just 4 wins in 45 away matches against Arsenal. This should be a terrfic match but with Arsenal at home and needing the win I’m taking them to score a few
Back Arsenal over 1.5 team goals 4-5 (Bet365) (NB)
