SUNDAY was spookily quiet but it's back to business on Monday with a huge English card plus Rangers v Hibs which is a 52,000 sell-out in the Scottish Championship.
I wasn't going to put up any tips but relented with a btts double that was let down by Oostende. At least I didn't tip Celtic but should have gone for goals at Tynecastle.
I've picked out most of may fancies for Monday but won't post them until the morning as team news is vital with many managers making changes during a hectic period.
Already posted is a Rangers v Hibs preview and Premier League preview featuring what could be Louis van Gaal's last game in charge of Man United as they welcome Chelsea.
Elsewhere in the Premier League I like goals at Watford v Spurs and could be on Crystal Palace to sink Swansea and Southampton at West Ham.
In the Championship the early game sees Bolton v Blackburn – ex-Celtic stars Neil Lennon v Paul Lambert. Derbies can always be difficult to bet on but it's hard to see past Rovers against a side heading down.
Backing sides who didn't play on Saturday against those who did could be a plan and while Blackburn come into that category so do Middlesbrough at home to Sheffield Wednesday.
Blackpool would have been my weekend Super Single but their game was off so consider them at fourth-bottom Barnsley. In League Two I like Mansfield at home to York, Stevenage at home to Dagenham and Portsmouth at home to Luton.
My first bet is a Super Single on Blackburn. I said I'd add Palace and another Super Single if they won – but they didn't. In fact both early games went the way of the underdog with Bolton and Millwall winning.
For the Top Treble I'm starting with Gillingham who will be well backed at home to Colchester. The Gills have been on a great run and notched convincing back-to-back wins against Swindon and Millwall. Colchester have a new boss in Kevin Keen but he has some work to do to stop his side leaking goals.
Add Mansfield at home to York whose boss Jackie McNamara notched a first win last time out against Morecambe. Mansfield's home record isn't the best but they sit just three points out the play-offs and this is a chance for them against a side with one away win this season.
Complete the treble later with Middlesbrough at home to Sheffield Wednesday. This could be a cracker with sides going well but Boro look the best side in the division and haven't conceded in their last five Championship clashes – winning four of them.

Just a fairly simple one for today. I’ve seen enough of my side over the past few weeks/months to know we are a club in a mess. The team aren’t playing for Van Gaal anymore and until he’s gone I can’t see many positive results, especially against Chelsea who have a bit more fight in them at the moment with Jose now away from the club.
Norwich will take heart from their draw in London on Boxing Day and shouldn’t be beaten by a Villa side who are yet to win under Garde.
