IT'S a huge Saturday fight night of British boxing with the Bad Intentions card at the 02 in London.
Top of the bill is the heavyweight clash of Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte for the vacant British title.
Joshua, whose Commonwealth belt is also up for grabs, is undefeated in his 14 pro fights but was beaten by Whyte in the amateurs and is out for revenge.
Fight sponsors William Hill report one punter has staked £100k on Joshua at odds of 1-14. But while the big-money punters are backing AJ, Hills say over 75% of all money they've taken on the fight has been for 8-1 shot Whyte.
The bookies are also starting to see money for Gary “Spike” O’Sullivan (9-2 from 5-1) to beat Chris Eubank Jnr (1-7) in the main support act of the evening.
Tony Bellew (1-4), who is currently starring in the Hollywood blockbuster Creed, is also attracting money in his match against the tough Mateusz Masternak (3-1).
There's also a packed night of UFC action culminating in the Conor McGregor v Jose Aldo showdown in the early hours of Sunday while other Saturday sporting highlights include rugby, snooker and NBA.

Just watched the weigh ins for tomorrow night. Aldo didn’t look phased one bit. Gave it just as much as McGregor tried to. Thing is with this fight, they could face each other 100 times and both win 50 each. Not a chance it goes the distance.
Jose Aldo by KO, TKO, Disqualification or Submission holds value @ 12/5 @ 365, and you could pick the same for McGregor at another firm and probably earn a few quid. Can’t see it going 5 rounds though.
A market that doesn’t show up much which I think is a strange price is will they touch gloves ‘NO’ @ a ridiculous 7/4 @ PP
McGregoor has told him ‘you will die’ in Brazilian in their press conference in Rio, his hometown, snatched his belt off him at another press conference. If they do touch then fair enough, Aldo is a good sportsman. But I know if I had taken this much grief from McGregor for so long I would not be touching gloves. Two points for interest.
I like the look of that Jordan! As you said Connor has done pretty much everything he can to wind up Aldo and not touching gloves could be his last little try of upsetting him.

the bookies think this is a 80/20 fight in favour in bellew which is ridiculous IMO.
i wont pretend i know a great deal about masternek other than his resume suggests he is a very decent operator, losing 2 fights which were robberies (according to boxing nerds) and being stopped by the world champion grigory drozd in the 11th round.
im basing this pick on the great odds and the fact bellew is just not very good, the only way i see him winning is by robbery on the scorecards.
im hoping masternek stops him and doesnt allow that to happen.

Hornets have been in great form of late and have won 14 of their last 19 games. They have an impressive 10 from 13 wins at home. Just recently they blew out the Grizzlies by a massive 24 points. Celtics lost what must have been a gruelling game with the Warriors and could be fatigued before traveling to the south. Bradley is leading the team but he needs a lot of space in attack, while Isiah Thomas still doesn’t seem to have found his rhythm. Think Hornets should win this.

NFL Week 14
Carolina Panthers ML – Clinched the division and playoff berth so general consensus would say they don’t have much to play for, but 16-0 will be well on the agenda for the Panthers with only four teams managing it. Falcons have fallen off a cliff losing their last 5 and I’ll be shocked if they can beat the Panthers at home. Division game so will still have playoff implications for a bye with home games in the playoffs.
Kansas City Chiefs -2.5 Alternate Spread – Another division game sees the hopeless Chargers come to Kansas with rain scheduled so expect Kansas to pound it against the Chargers porous run defense. The Chiefs blew the Chargers away in San Diego 33-3 only a few weeks ago. The Chiefs are looking for their seventh win on the bounce and are well in the hunt for a wildcard spot and a playoff run. The Chargers are playing for nothing more than the worst record in the NFL which will give them a nice early pick in the draft next year. Pick wisely Chargers.
Seattle Seahawks -3.5 Alternate Spread – When Matt Schaub took over there were worries about his tendency to throw a picksix or six. He’s shown no signs of removing that trait from his game, doing so in both of his starts since Joe Flacco went down with an ACL tear. Wouldn’t be surprised to see it happen again when the Legion of Boom come to play in Baltimore. The Seahawks aren’t likely to win their division but are well in the hunt for a playoff spot, winning five of their last six and scoring 38 points or more in their last two games. There is no chance the Ravens will be able to put up as many points as the Seahawks can here. Russell Wilson has thrown eight touchdowns in his last two games. Expect him to put up another three or four here.
