IT’s another busy weekend and I've put a lot of faith in sides such as Aberdeen, Dunfermline and Peterhead.
All the Scottish Premiership games are at the traditional time of 3pm Saturday and English big guns Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool also play at that time to it should be an interesting few hours.
These are my tips from today's Daily Record – tops tips and long shots without points advised. Play them with low stakes.
I'll put Scottish and English previews which will cover most of my tips.
On Friday my Super Single lost as Marseille surprisingly went down at Guingamp and my goals double needed over 2.5 at San Jose v LA Galaxy but the star-studded visitors received a red card and surprisingly crashed 1-0.
I put up a Saturday Super Single on Thursday as I felt the price on Aberdeen would crash. It was 5-6 at Paddy Power but is now 4-6 with the Irish firm and a best 3-4 at McBookie and William Hill.
That means I have a second Super Single which is Peterhead at Airdrie in League One. I was surprised to see Airdrie installed as favourites against a side who beat Falkirk 5-3 away in the League Cup then ended Dunfermline's perfect record last weekend.
My European treble in the Record is all Sunday games so I might put that up tomorrow. Scott Allott is likely to put up a Saturday Euro treble.

Both these sides managed a much needed win midweek to slightly ease the pressure on their respective managers ( albeit in the cup against lower league oppostion). However defeat in this match will see certain see the losing mangers position in question! Both clubs are on poor runs and defensively have been a shambles! There is enough of an attacking threat from both teams to suggest goals could be on the cards

Walsalls form has been an exact reverse of the Seasiders with 3 wins from 4 lg games losing none and scoring twice in each of those victories,they have also won 2 cup games against sides a division higher scoring 4 away to Nottm Forest and Twice at home to Brighton.
See no reason why Walsall won’t win and cover the 1.5 Tgs market in this one at what looks a very tasty price.

Full English breakfast in the morning and then onto a full English card in the afternoon. Well, already picked a game which looks very promising at sensational odds.
Its new boys Bristol City vs new boys Burnley in the Championship 3pm kick off.
The newly promoted hosts bagged me and alot of us some cash last season, banging in the goals left right and centre. They finished the last 3 league one games scoring 11 goals and although they’ve scored 4 goals in their only 2 championship home games so far (Leeds 2-2 and Brentford 2-4), its pretty impressive for new comers. They’ve even recorded their first victory away to last seasons hopefuls, Middlesbrough, beating them one goal to nil and should spur them on in the afternoon kick off. City will be without Luke Freeman who serves his last 3 game ban and goalie Frank Fielding. Everyone else should be up for it.
Opponents Burnley also recorded their first win which came at home to Brentford in their last game, however lost 2-0 to Ipswich at Portman Road. Burnley have also made a couple good signings, in club record signing Andre Gray and freebie Joey Barton. If they’ll play remains to be seen. Ex Villa defender Matt Lowton is still injured.
Head to head is the icing on the fat cake I feel, traditionally its been a goal fest. 3-4 here the last time they played and then 3-1 at Burnley. City have scored atleast a couple in their last 4 of 5 in this fixture.
Word on the street is there should be goals. BTTS is 19/20 (888 Sport), Over 2.5 goals is 6/5 (Various) and as Diesel says, only the brave will get you 17/5 for a whopping over 3.5 match goals at Bet Victor.

Seven of Leicester’s last 10 away games have had at least three goals (five had had four or more) as have 15 of Bournemouth’s last 20 at home in all competitions. Should see goals here and I expect BTTS with Bournemouths 4-3 thriller in London last week, with Leicester picking up where they left off last season scoring and conceding in every game this season.
If someone was to predict that Chelsea would concede 2 or more goals in their first three games, they’d be hung, drawn and quartered, but this is the Premier League and it has happened. West Brom hadn’t even scored until their two goals from James Morrison against the Blues on Sunday. Swansea and Manchester City showed that pace can hurt the ageing Chelsea defence, and another side which brings abundance of those traits are at Stamford Bridge tomorrow. Sunderland are the only team to concede more goals than Chelsea so far (I was surprised too). All 3 of Palaces games have seen BTTS & Over 2.5 Goals and I think Palace could notch one at the bridge tomorrow if they take a leaf out of Swansea and Cities game plan.
Manchester City have won 14 of 15 home games against promoted teams since 2010/11. Since then, 32 promoted teams have travelled to sides that have been in the top three and 28 have been beaten with none winning. City have won their last eight home games (7 of them to nil and by at least 2 clear goals). Watford have struggled to score since their opening day at Goodison Park, and with City high flying I think a 2 or 3-0 scoreline is an acceptable estimate.

Morning Guys, Saturday Best Bets
In League 2 their is a fixture that looks good for goals and that is the one between Wimbledon v Exeter. This fixture as seen plenty of goals, with 12 in the last 3 meetings and 21 in the last 6 head to head.
Exeter were 3-3 at half time in the cup at Sunderland in midweek before losing 6-3, while Wimbledon have had the week off. Wimbledon last 3 results in this fixture read 4-1 2-1 and 2-2 making the both teams to score worth taking at 10/11 William Hill, and Exeter away form this season and last shows they don’t keep a lot of clean sheets. I also like Wimbledon O1.5g 29/20 again at Hills.
QPR have been my super single a couple of times already this season and despite a midweek cup loss, it is worth noting Chris Ramsey made 10 changes. I don’t make them this weeks super single as there are reports of illness in the camp, and we don’t know the future of Charlie Austin. I do however think if Austin starts and I think he will then 17/10 Coral looks good as does the 9/5 on a QPR win again at Coral.
Three other goal scorers I like is old favourite Rueben Reid, he netted 18 times last season and I expect them to notch 2 maybe 3 against Newport. He is 7/5 Coral.
Tom Bradshaw scored 17 goals last season and has scored twice this season, and faces a Blackpool team who have conceded 8 in 4 so far. Bradshaw is 6/4 Skybet.
My final selection is a player who I put up last week and he didn’t score, but I do believe he will score goals at this level and the player is Omar Bogle, he is 15/8 Bet365.

Balcatta sit 8th and have a good home record of P10 W5 D1 L4 F26 A18. Their last 6 games have all gone over 3.5ftg with the last 4 going over 4.5ftg. They have scored in every home game but conceded in 9 as well.
Floreat are simply my favourite team for goals so hopefully not biased her but I see goals. Their away record is a brilliant P9 W7 L2 F27 A14. They have scored at least twice in their past 9 games and have hit three or more in seven – the lower scoring games were their last two but these were against 1st and 3rd in the league – Floreat are 2nd. Of their last 17 games all have gone over 2.5ftg, 14 over 3.5ftg and 8 over 4.5ftg.

Goals look to be a good bet here with both teams holding some remarkable goal stats from last season that look likely to continue here in a potentially entertaining clash.
The hosts have seen 10 of their last 11 league fixtures finish with BTTS and over 2.5 goals in a run going back to March with 5 of their last 6 at home seeing that outcome as well.
One sightly worrying aspect to this bet is Eintracht’s away form at the end of last season but they have seen BTTS in 4 of their last 5 league games and over 2.5 in 3 of those and for the most part last season they were hugely reliable in these markets.
From the start of last season, 12 of their first 13 away games saw BTTS and 11 of those also saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals. The run was broken in 4 successive away games before they resumed business at the start of the new campaign, losing 2.1 at Wolfsburg.
With Stuttgart so often involved in high scoring home games as well, this bet looks pretty good to me even at shortish odds of 4/5. Both teams have scored in their opening two fixtures so far and in the last 6 meetings of these teams, 5 have seen BTTS and over 2.5 goals.
It looks nailed on @4/5 but of course there are no bankers in this world. Except the bad ones.
15:30 Darmstadt vs Hoffenheim – Prediction – 1.1 – Suggested Bets – BTTS @4/6
My 2nd pick for goals in the Budesliga comes with new boys Darmstadt hosting old favourites Hoffenheim.
Darmstadt had the best home record in the second division last season, losing just oncee and were the second highest scorers in the league as well and they have begun the new season well with an exciting 2-2 home draw with Hannover before taking a well deserved point at Schalke on the road last week.
Their visitors today are the one time BTTS banker Hoffenheim who could be back to their old tricks this season.
2 years ago Hoffenheim were European kings of the BTTS market, at one stage seeing 19 out of 20 games finishing with BTTS and while they are not quite as prolific in recent times, they have seen 8 of their last 10 away games result in BTTS and they have already scored against big guns Leverkusen and Bayern this season in two fixtures where despite some good performances, they have yet to take a point.
I fancy a good game here with Hoffenheim perhaps having enough quality to win but the hosts will be up for it and could hold on for a point but not before both teams have scored @4/6 odds.
18:30 Bayern Munich vs Bayer Leverkusen – Prediction – 2.1 – Suggested Bets – BTTS @5/6
Champions Bayern will expect 3 points in the Allianz Arena but Leverkusen are looking as strong as they have in a long time and I backed them @5/4 in midweek to qualify for the group stages of the Champions League and they duly obliged, recording a handsome 3.0 victory over their Italian opponents Lazio.
Will that game have taken something out of them though? I don’t think so. I expect the excitement and confidence taken from that game will carry them to a good performance here in Munich in this live TV fixture.
They don’t have the best record in Munich, losing 4 of the last 6, and winning just once but 4 of those 6 fixtures saw BTTS and the most recent matches have seen them lose just 2 of 5, drawing 2 and winning once.
The visitors are in really good form, and usually do score away from home with 22 of their last 25 away games seeing them hit the net and while Bayern are the best team in the country and usually sound defensively, they aren’t without their injury and suspension issues and for that reason i expect an away goal.
Bayern are without first choice paring Benatia and Boateng while other defensive options are also unavailable in the shape of Batstuber and Martinez and they may switch to a back 3 for this fixture today in what is a potential defensive head-ache for Guardiola.
I expect a home win but 1/3 is far too short so look for goals with Leverkusen putting on a good showing in this early evening kick-off.

19:45 Heerenveen vs PEC Zwolle – Prediction – 2.2 – Suggested Bets – BTTS and over 2.5 @5/6
This is a fixture that looks ripe for goals as PEC visit Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie with some interesting stats to back it up.
The home side have seen BTTS in 8 of their last 10 at home while they have scored in 22 of their last 25 home league games so they would expect to score here against a PEC side with just 2 clean sheets in their last 9 away games.
Visitors PEC have scored in 14 of their previous 16 Eredivisie fixtures, with BTTS in 4 out of 5 of their most recent fixtures and I have a feeling that It will be an entertaining, high scoring Eredivisie affair with both teams in good form coming into this one.

(Dundee – 6/5) – (NAP)
Dundee had an impressive start to the season with a 4-0 thrashing of Kilmarnock but only have one win in four matches since then. Two of those were to Aberdeen and Hearts though and even without Loy and Harkins in the team, I think they should have enough to see off an injury-hit Inverness.
A few decent priced fancies:
(Stuttgart v Frankfurt – Ginkzek to score – 8/5)
Stuttgart v Frankfurt is a game that normally contains goals – there was 13 between the two meetings last season. This season has started well for Ginkzek goal-scoring wise even if his team is still to pick up a point. 2 goals against Man City in pre-season, followed up by a goal in the cup and two goals last week against Hamburg. If there are going to be goals in this games he shouldn’t be far away.
(Dundee v Inverness – Hemmings to score – 14/5)
Has scored in both of Dundee’s home games so far and I fancy him to make it three in a row. Scored 18 goals two seasons ago while in the Championship and I think he’ll make double figures in the Prem this season.
(Lille and Under 2.5 Goals – 20/11)
Lille had a tough start to the season facing PSG, Monaco and Bordeaux in their first three matches. A home match against newly-promoted Gazélec Ajaccio should hopefully see them pick up their first win of the season. Ajaccio have played both the sides they came up with and are still yet to score a goal, with two 2-0 losses and a 0-0 draw to start their season in the top flight. Lille have only seen one goal in their first three matches, scoring none, but hopefully should be able to score here.
(Viking and BTTS – 7/4)
Viking are at home to rock bottom of the table Sandjeford and are only 3/10 to pick up the win, which is understandable when their away record reads W0 D2 L8. Viking have only kept one home clean sheet all season, while Sandjeford have only failed to score away from home twice so I’m willing to take the odds on BTTS as well at boosted odds.

Apologies for my lack of Derby team news and summary as the early kick-off has caught me completely off guard.
I have no idea’s of the odds, I have not looked yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if we notch our first win today.
We’ve Hanson and Hendrick back from injury which is a boost and although our last game could of been 3-3 at halftime, I was encouraged by our 2nd half attacking threat.
This game last season ended 2-0 to the rams and delivered a -1 h/c + over 3.5 cards double. Not sure about the handicap this time around but maybe a home win/overs 3.5 cards double should deliver. Derby / Leeds is always a feisty affair.
Russell seems to be in form and has scored twice from his last 2 match’s, maybe he’ll get 3 from 3 for the first time.
I think in our league matches, we have conceded 3 goals in 4 games? I think that’s about the right number. 2 of those goals were cruel deflections.

I actually like the way Angelino has played since he’s been at NYCFC he’s been pretty positive attacking and defending. The issue is Facey, Hernandez and Iraola I’d say!
Nick Angelino has been good, but again, only on the attacking side of things. They’ve got the worst home record in the MLS with Colorado Rapids, and have conceded 8 more goals at home. Might have the money from City for the big names but they’ve got a long way to go. John Terry next? Paha
