IT was a wonderful Wednesday with my 5pt Super Single winning at evens and a last-gasp goal from Partizan Belgrade landing an 8-1 Top Treble.
I broke even with the goals treble after covering over 1.5 Hibs goals just after they opened the scoring.
Covering bets isn't for anyone but if you're serious about it you must at least consider it as an option or look at cash-out values. I also advised cover on the Super Single – 0.5pts on Stranraer not to lose at Hibs at 10-1 so the stats have been adjusted to take that into account.
The Super Single is back in profit for the month and that's always good to see and the Top Treble is showing a decent return of more than 15pts.
Last week I promised not to post any Europa League tips and while I'll keep my word regarding WDW markets I'm putting up a goals single and double.
The Super Single is Odd Grenland to score Borussia Dortmund. The Norwegians are in cracking form and gave the Germans a huge fright when they led the home leg 3-0 last week. Dortmund hit back to win 4-3 and I'm hoping for more goals tonight.
Dortmund won their Bundesliga opener 4-0 at Inglostadt at the weekend and will be fully focused on Sunday's home match with Hertha Berlin as they want to get off to a flier. I expect them to beat Odd but I'm tempted by odds of 6-4 on the visitors just to score.
For the double try over 2.5 goals at AZ v Astra and Bilbao v Zilina. AZ trail 3-2 and while they'll be confident of overturning it the Romanians are dangerous.
They scored two at West Ham and beat Inverness 1-0 away and have netted 16 goals in their last five in all competitions. AZ drew 0-0 with Willem at the weekend but four out of five before that went over 2.5 goals.
Bilbao also trail 3-2 after defeat in Slovakia but that was the only match in four they didn't face Barcelona. Athletic with home advantage should win the tie if they put out a strong side but Zilina, who have netted 14 in their last three games, will fancy their chances of nicking one.
I'm posting up an early Scottish tip and it's Aberdeen to beat Partick Thistle at Firhill on Saturday. Thistle's lack of a cutting edge against Falkirk as they crashed 1-0 in the League Cup has convinced me they are there for the taking. Thistle have only scored in one game this season and that was at home to struggling Kilmarnock.
Aberdeen had a midweek rest as they don't enter until the third round so should be refreshed as they try to extend their 100 per cent league record.
The price has already been cut and could be shortened again but for now Paddy Power are a best 5-6 and I'm advising 6pts from my Thursday allocation on the Dons who have won on three of their last four visits to Firhill.

Apologies gents for the long post but it’s a few bets I’ve posted over the last couple of days. Starting with the overnight CONCACAF games.
I don’t think Seattle will be going full strength as they’ve got a big game against Portland Sunday morning, but Marco Pappa has traveled with the squad so a glimpse of a bit of a threat going forward. Think Olimpia will score. They’ll be playing at an altitude of 3,000+ feet so Seattle might tire in the second half after their 3,000 mile journey.
Tigres are travelling to Costa Rica, and judging by their first game, they won’t be playing the likes of Gignac or Sobis. Although, this will be their toughest group game against the 2015 Costa Rican champions, who beat eventual champions Club America 3-0 earlier this year (although it wasn’t their strongest squad). Every Mexican side to come to Costa Rica had scored prior to that group game so I’d fancy the same tonight even with a rotated Tigres squad.

A game I’ve been looking at since I noticed the stats on Wednesday- Austria lustenau v liefering. The bets I’m feeling are Austria to score 2 or more (1.66) and 3 or more (3.00). fotbal32, what you’re missing is it’s the Europa League. If you’re going to back Ajax make sure they’re fielding a full-strength team and remember they only won 1-0 at home.
Totally agree with Saturdays super single mrf. Thistle since being promoted have always struggled to score but this season looks pretty grim to say the least. There seems a big gap between midfield and whoevers up top. Even when we are dominating possession you know we won’t score. Aberdeens rest midweek should only increase there chances aswell.

Hearts are interesting. Their perfect run has to end some time and Hamilton away is tough.
Accies have found some form and beat Dundee Utd 4-0 in their last home game.
It’s on plastic too which goes against Hearts but Robbie Neilson rested 7 players in midweek so is fully focused on this one.
I’ll probably leave Hearts out this week simply because I have some doubts.

Need to look in a bit more depth but a standout bet based on stats would be Legia to win to nil. They’re one nil up from the away leg so need to keep things tight. Can see a 1 or 2 nil. I believe they rested players for their league loss at weekend so take the competition seriously. As I say I’m really just going off stats. I remember Legia being stingy defensively last season in Europe but don’t know if they have any major personnel changes since then. I also know nothing about the opposition. Anyone got anything to warn me off this bet? It’s only paying 6/4 so might leave it.

Have had a cracking week on the footy with some big enhanced odds wins from Betfair which has really boosted my bank. Haven’t had much time to research or post of late but saw something I like the look of today so thought I’d chip in.
Going over to Iceland this eve with the game between Haukar and Selfoss in Division 1. I’m really liking the look of Haukar to score 2 or more goals. Haukar have scored in their last five at home and have scored 2 or more in three of those. They have also scored 2 in four of their last 5 home meetings against Selfoss who, it has to be added, are struggling on the road with only 1 win in their last 5 away games – conceding 15 in the process!
Add to this the fact that Haukar have Bjorgvin Stefansson who has scored 15 goals this season and lies 2nd in the top scoring charts, and it seems goals shouldn’t be a problem.

I hope that your super single comes in Mr.F and that there is another goal as well. Never done an overs bet before but I had a look at my betting history and decided that WDW was losing me money. BTTS is a very frustrating bet. I do trebles and there is one team that won’t oblige when the others are scoring for fun.

I agree mr f hearts could be a risky one that’s why their in a “should win” category rather than the banker. Think Norwich away to Southampton on Sunday double chance at 1.90 is a decent bet. Since Alex Neil took over in early January this year they haven’t lost a away game. Another positive for this bet is that Southampton will be playing in the Europa tonight whilst Norwich where able to make 7 changes to the team that defeated Rotherham on Tuesday night. Southampton are 1-1 going into tonight’s match, koeman has said the saints are serious about the Europa so I imagine they will be playing most of the first teamers.

I think you could be right on that.
I don’t generally bet on my team but Alex Neil is getting the best out of Norwich. They’ve played well so far (we didn’t get the best refereeing decision against Palace either).
Our run will come to an end away from home but Southampton is a place to get a point. They looked so disorganised first half last week in the Europa League and tonight the pressure is going to be on them.
Alex Neil has also grasped the fact we need points early in the season (not at the end when we’re in a relegation dog fight). We have goalscorer across the positions (not relying on one person) and we’re still, to a degree, an unknown threat. It won’t be easy but Norwich do have a decent chance of at least a point and, maybe even 3 points.
Let’s hope for us both Norwich can do some good on Sunday :)

evans, Rangers are a different team this season – new players, new boss and much improved. Just look at their results – it’s a Rangers win for me.
I like the look of Ajax either the 7/4 win or if you want to approach with more caution 19/20 DNB at will Hill. De boers put a strong team out and there on the back of keeping four clean sheets, scoring 9 goals in the process. Also Fenerbahce should see off Atromitos at home, the legs in the balance at 1-0 so they should put out a reasonably strong team.

This is my first ever post on here but thought I would put up my tip for this coming weekend. Cliftonville are away to Warrenpoint in the Irish Premier League this coming Sunday. Cliftonville have currently won 4 out of 4, scoring 7 and yet to concede. Warren point on the other hand have played 4, lost 4, scored 2 and conceded 10. Cliftonville are the much superior team and at 8/15, I feel they are very generously priced!
Other Irish League fixtures include Glenavon v Glentoran which could go either way given Glenavon’s current good form. Ballymena (bottom) play Carrick (3rd from bottom) which again could go either way however Ballymena have been awful so far this season.
My other tip would be Crusaders to beat Dungannon however at 1/3, this one doesn’t offer as much value for money as Cliftonville does.

My pink eye has spotted Hajduk Split vs Slovan Liberec at 7pm tonight in the Euro league and I believe this will be an interesting game despite what the 1-0 1st leg scoreline suggests. The first game saw Split desperately unlucky not to come away with anything and although the Lib’s didnt really deserve a win, its just one of those things, innit.
Split can look forward to a sold out stadium at Poljud tonight with a heaving capacity of 35,000. Along with one of two Croatia’s most passionate fans, they should also have a 12th man on the team.
Their rivals Dinamo Zagreb cruised to the champs league group stage a couple nights ago and that should be another reason to spur them on to progress from this tie.
The home team have scored 12 goals at home in their 3 Euro games they’ve played so far, granted against measly opposition but they have the firepower to do turn this tie around. Their last euro home game was a comfy 2-0 win over Stromsgodset. Additionally, in their last 5 homes in all compo’s, its a staggering 18 goals. Without any injury concerns tonight, they do look appetising.
Liberec didnt have to go through the rigmarol of too many previous rounds, but did beat Israeli team Shmona (who?) 3-0 away from home in their qualifier. Besides Shmona, Liberec havent kept a clean sheet away since November 2014.
Word on the streets says it’ll be a tight game and even Split to qualify (5/2 various), BTTS looks more realistic at 5/6 (365) if thats what you fancy, but I’ll root for the home team to get the net bulging a couple times.

Have had a cracking week on the footy with some big enhanced odds wins from Betfair which has really boosted my bank. Haven’t had much time to research or post of late but saw something I like the look of today so thought I’d chip in.
Going over to Iceland this eve with the game between Haukar and Selfoss in Division 1. I’m really liking the look of Haukar to score 2 or more goals. Haukar have scored in their last five at home and have scored 2 or more in three of those. They have also scored 2 in four of their last 5 home meetings against Selfoss who, it has to be added, are struggling on the road with only 1 win in their last 5 away games – conceding 15 in the process!
Add to this the fact that Haukar have Bjorgvin Stefansson who has scored 15 goals this season and lies 2nd in the top scoring charts, and it seems goals shouldn’t be a problem.
Back Haukar to score 2 or more @ 1.8

Greg I don’t know much about Newport but I’m a Plymouth fan and I know we have a fresh new look team and manager looking to build on playoff near miss last season.
