SOME of Europe's biggest name are in action on Wednesday night – and a lot of them will be heavily supported.

You've got Man Utd, Man City and Arsenal in the Premier League as well as across Europe the likes of Real Madrid, Juventus and Valencia. There is no doubt all six of these will be placed in accumulators and it pays a biggest £88.40 to a £10 stake at Ladbrokes.

As new sponsors of this column I'll be quoting Unibet's odds for each of my lines (where they have odds available). You can claim a £20 free bet when you open an account at Unibet via this site.

So here's what I'm going for on Wednesday night as I try to repeat the success of last night's Super Single which came up thanks to Stuttgart. The Wednesday single was a toss-up between Schalke, who are on my five to follow, and French title chasers Montpellier.

It's a straight fight between PSG and Montpellier who can lay down a marker with a win at Marseille. After a dreadful run Marseille are down to 10th with no wins in six and a cup defeat to minnows Quevilly. Montpellier look decent value at 13-10 with unibet and as big as 19-10 at Betfred.

I’ve just backed Montpelier so it’s good to see that you are tipping them. I’ve also backed Schalke.

Couldn’t find 19/10 on Montpelier but happy to take 6/4 at Coral.

I prefer to go with decent value singles rather than big accas but Utd and Arsenal do look certs so I may try something with them.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Eric, they were 19-10 at Betfred last time I looked but could have been cut.

  2. Eric 12 years ago

    11/8 now Mr F.

  3. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Ok after tonight’s success with Barcelona here are my tips for tomorrow:

Man utd to be winning after 30 mins 6/4 at Ladbrokes.

Van Persie to score at anytime for Arsenal 8/11 at Coral.

Raul to score at anytime for Schalke 17/10 at Sportingbet.

Cavani to score at anytime for Napoli 8/11 at Boylesports.

Ronaldo to score at anytime for Real Madrid 4/6 at Coral.

    Good luck everyone.

    • robert miller 12 years ago

sorry but odds on any guy s.coring in a particular match no matter how superb he is does not represent value. i noticed how incredibly short they were offering Messi to score TWICE last night. we all know that when competing in our relevant sport we can have our off days, but in saying that this site is all about opinion

  4. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Yeah Paul Betfred cut to 11/8 now. 6/4 is best price

  5. Matt 12 years ago

Right chris guy after another good bet any thing that really sticks out to you????

  6. Chris Guy 12 years ago

If you can only choose one of the above it’s got to be Ronaldo anytime at 4/6.

My second choice would be man utd winning after 30 mins at 6/4 and real Madrid winning after 30 mins also 6/4. Both prices with Ladbrokes. A £16 double returns £100 exactly.

I’d do £16 on the double and the remainder of your betting pot on Ronaldo anytime 4/6 with Coral.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, good advice. I’m off golfing for the day so I’m trusting you to keep the punters right until I get back at tea-time!

  7. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Good luck Matt whatever you choose my friend. Real Madrid will still be reeling from being left frustrated my Valencia and who else but Ronaldo to score

  8. Andrew 12 years ago

What do you think of Arsenal -1 @ 5/4 and Man City to win to nil @ EVS?

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Andrew, just back from the golf. I like both of your bets and I’ll be on Man Utd and Arsenal to win by at least two and probably to nil as well.

  9. Matt 12 years ago

Anytime on ronaldo now 9/4 on ladbrokes can’t be doing that!!

  10. Chris Guy 12 years ago

    No problem Paul.

Matt Ronaldo is still available at 4/6 with Coral if you have an account with them or there is a shop near you. Do you not have any other account? He is 8/13 with Paddy Power if you have an account with them. 4/9 is about the right price for him Matt that’s why you should be taking advantage of the 4/6 price before it gets cut. Just checked the site and the price is still 4/6. He is as short as 4/11 with william hill.

  11. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Andrew you have a good shout with both of those selections but as with everything else, nothing is guaranteed.

Ive just noticed a huge price on the Man City game.

Man City to win both halves:

    Paddy Power 9/5
    Ladbrokes evs
    Stan James evs
    William Hill 5/4
    Others 11/8

  12. Matt 12 years ago

What you reckon on man city win 1st half and 2nd half at evens???
Worth £50 on it or not chris????

  13. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Absolutely not Matt. I’d only put it on if you get the 9/5 at Paddy Power which is almost double the odds of Ladbrokes. I only listed the other bookies prices to show you the value of 9/5 with paddy power. Why would you bet something at evs when you can get 9/5.

I’ve already gave all my tips for the football. Are you wanting me to look for a value bet with Ladbrokes only? Man utd to be winning after 30 mins at 6/4.

  14. Matt 12 years ago

Yes please chris I need to open other accounts I think.
    Cheers mate .

  15. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Robert backing anytime goalscorers Is a good bet. That’s where I’m good at. For instance Messi was 9/5 with victor chandler to score two goals before being cut to 21/20. That was a good price despite the fact he did not score two. All I do is back first scorers, last scorers and anytime scorers because I’m very good at it and I have profited over the past 8 years in doing so. So in my opinion this is a very good way of betting. I also do stat betting at times ie time of first goal etc.

    • robert miller 12 years ago

excuse my total ignorance Chris for not realising Messi was a good bet for scoring twice, it shows how betting has changed in the last few years, correct me if i,m wrong but i always thought people who made a living out the game had unwritten principles like, Patience, not betting every day, singles only and keeping good info to themselves. i stand corrected if i,m way out with my assumptions

  16. Genie 12 years ago

Chris, which website would you recommend for checking the latest stats on goal scorers for clubs across Europe? I’m not just looking for top scorers for the full season, but also an indication of recent form. For example, if you look at Newcastle Demba Ba is out in front in the stats but of course Demba Cisse is the man in form.

  17. Tommo 12 years ago

Chris is absolutely spot on that backing scorers is a good bet, he has proved this recently with his postings!

  18. George kelly 12 years ago

Arsenal win both halfs – 12/5
    Man u win both halfs – 12/5

£115 off a tenner at Coral, by far best prices on these 2 at the moment grab em
    While you can!

  19. Matthew Downey 12 years ago

I would say Napoli to beat Atalanta is a safer bet than Juventus Paul, they are the same odds in most places and Juventus seem to go out to frustrate teams a lot of the time

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Matthew, I like Juve at home so I’ll stick with them. Napoli were on my short list but slightly worried about their form, no wins in four in Serie A games. Atalanta also in poor form but would be higher up the table without their six-pooint deduction.

  20. chris 12 years ago

Chris guy, why dont u get your own tipping website set up? u seem to know wot your on about and every1 seems more interested in your tips than mr fix its. haha

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, there is nothing to stop Chris Guy setting up his own site but he would need to spend hours of research every day then write up the articles and manage the site as well as try to cover the costs involved. It ain’t as easy it sounds. I think people are interested in all tips where someone can provide reasoning which is why this forum aspect of the site is popular. And you have to remember I’m providing the vehicle for people like Chris Guy to put up tips and offer advice and I’m happy to do so.

  21. phil 12 years ago

Great tips there chris I like it something we can get stuck into like van persie and ronaldo anytime goalscorers are my first two in my 20 acca just trying to put two more with it now.

    • Tommo 12 years ago

Phil, what about adding big Llorente 5/4 Victor Chandler and Boylesports and Gomez 5/4 Victor Chandler??

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

John, these two are prolific scorers but their teams faces tough matches tonight, especially Bayern, so you’d imagine they’ll have fewer chances to score.

  22. Luke 12 years ago

I understand where you are coming from Robert, I think! And I don’t wish to talk on behalf of Chris, but as far as I’m aware he doesn’t make a living from gambling, it is just something he tends to be good at, especially within these goal scorer markets, and regularly makes profit from! I’m sure Chris gets his bets on at the very good prices he highlights, before advising others to do the bet too! As for patience, big games are coming thick and fast at the moment, with all the main teams and goalscorers across Europe in action at least twice a week! I personally don’t bet on goalscorers very often, however, I have followed Chris’ tips for a while now, and I have to say, he does very well! If he keeps it up, i think I’ll look into betting on these markets more often!

    • robert miller 12 years ago

cheers Luke, i think the wording of my posting has been misunderstood. I said backing people at ODDS ON to score was POOR VALUE,

    • robert miller 12 years ago

cheers Luke, don,t think the wording of my post has been understood. I said backing scoring goals at ODDS ON was POOR VALUE, I did not say backing goalscorers period was wrong. fudgin eck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  23. phil 12 years ago

I’ve had two four folds. Van persie anytime scorer ronaldo anytime scorer and both Manchester teams to win both halfs. Also had van persie anytime scorer ronaldo anytime scorer man utd winning at 30 minutes aguero anytime scorer. Good luck everyone.

  24. Luke 12 years ago

Would like to think both 4 folds have good chance Phil! Best of luck!

  25. Luke 12 years ago

Yeah to be fair, I agree with you on that one! Although with messi in particular, its near enough buying money! ALthough you could near enough guarantee, the one game I decided to go BIG on him to score, he would have a mare! Or go off injured in the first minute! I tend to just stick to accumulators on teams just to win outright, or on the handicap! I always look for value rather than playing it safe! Although my luck recently has been poor, so maybe I need to change tactics! Tonight has the looking of a minefield! Could easily throw many short priced teams into an accumulator, but you just know at least one team won’t do the business!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Luke, I couldn’t agree more with you about the short-priced accumulator tonight. On paper there are eight, nine even 10 very fancied teams. I couldn’t pick the one that won’t win but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t one.

  26. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Well firstly thanks to everyone for the kind comments. I don’t claim to be some type of genius all I’m saying is that these are the types of bets I specialise in and I believe that I get good results. I just like to pass on any good prices I get cos I want everyone to win.

There is no website a follow for players on form. In often look at previous results on Eurosport etc to look at the goalscorers.

Robert I don’t make my living outbox gambling although it does help. Im the average working class family guy who bets.

Chris firstly let’s no take anything away from Mr fixit who has a great track record and tons more experience than me. Ive been following Mr Fixit for years. I’m just happy enough with making a contribute to the site like everyone else. The simple fact Mr Fixit has his own website pretty much sums it up.

Once again thanks for the kind comments and hope my tips come up tonight although ive prob been jinxed now lol. Good luck everyone.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, I like the anytime scorer market and sometimes it pays just to back favourites such as van Persie, Ronaldo and Rooney, all who must have a great chance of netting tonight. In other instances you can target centre-halves such as Ivanovic who is on a decent run or even guys who take penalties who are not strikers such as Frank Lampard and Scott Brown.

    • Joe Knotts 12 years ago

LMFAO is this an oscar winners speech!!!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

      Joe, you’ve lost me.

  27. Luke 12 years ago

A good site to look for goalscorers for each team, and how many times each player has scored first is livescore football data! Click on the little stat icon next to the fixture and it will also show other things like how often each team has been winning at both half time and full time, when goals are most often scored by each team, how many goals on average they score/concede per game etc

  28. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Also apologies for the typos. It’s my bloody iPhone predictive txt

  29. Genie 12 years ago

Thanks Luke and Chris! Good luck tonight. I like RVP anytime for Arsenal and Bas Dost anytime for Heerenveen.

  30. robert miller 12 years ago

chris, all banter aside mate get studying for saturday and get me a single winner, my studying of the lower divisions in Scotland has come a cropper the last 2 weeks

  31. Aaron 12 years ago

    Man u -2
    Man city -1
    Arsenal -2

£20 £520 back heard it here first

  32. OliverD 12 years ago

Cant hit some luck in the tipping. Yesterday I had over 1,5 goals on all scottish and didnt make it. Had dundee left on a triple and… Has been like that for weeks. I missed out in the weekend and you managed to get a fivefold in the scottish. Crazy unlucky here. If there is scottish this weekend I’ll be back! Good luck y’all

  33. David Morrison 12 years ago

    What do we think of..

    Arsenal -1
    Man Utd -1
    Man City -1
    Real Madrid -1

    16/1 SkyBet

  34. Badham 12 years ago

Montpellier looking good Paul… I took them at 13/10 £50… What’s the thoughts on Shakle are you just as confident?

  35. Aaron 12 years ago

Thats a great bet dave I honestly think real won’t have a killer time though and bit un steady on man city

  36. Steven Duncan 12 years ago

Nice one Paul I had £5 on Montpellier 3-1 @ 16s and there on my acca. Good shout.

  37. David Morrison 12 years ago

I’m hoping for Real Madrid to take out their frustrations from the weekend on Athletico. Man City is my worry aswell, you never know what side is going to turn up and if the hunger is gone. Worth a cheeky £5 I thought though.

  38. Badham 12 years ago

    Definitley Dave

  39. George kelly 12 years ago

Argh again…. I add all the ones i think, then decide to put fixits schalke!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

George, what are your other teams then.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

George, I’ll edit your comment as it’s inaccurate.

  40. Badham 12 years ago

    Super Single was Montpellier George?

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Badham, Montpellier came up and I thought they were a great price.

  41. chris 12 years ago

I followed his schalke tip 2. haha

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Guys, the Super Single is a winner with Montpellier. Schalke are on the five to follow and are 3-0 down but as has been said their defending is absymal and it’s a not a result that was on the cards.

  42. Michael 12 years ago

Schalke loosing 3-0 and only ht oh well

  43. chris 12 years ago

Just did a fivefold wi schalke on. it was down be4 the others even started. Just copied your fivefold again mr fixit. Knew i shud of gone valencia instead of that. oh well, keep up the good work

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, you’re becoming a pain to be honest. Kill the sarcasm and pick your own teams. If you didn’t think Schalke were worth backing, and on paper they were, then why do them. My big bet is always on the Super Single and it’s already up. I’m hoping by the end of the night some of the other bets have come in too.

  44. George kelly 12 years ago

My bad! Yeah schalke it was, to ve fair i was in a rush and just read your 5 to follow ha, anything can happen it football!

  45. Luke 12 years ago

I went with city-1, arsenal ht/ft, united ht/ft, ajax and Ross county in then end! All looking good at the moment except united are apparently being torn apart by wigan! And I need united to be winning at half time!…Chris and George, all well and good saying that now! But I’m sure you wouldn’t have bet on schalke had you not fancied them yourselves too, especially after you have both said in past how rubbish Mr fix it supposedly is! Jog on, and grow up!!!

  46. chris 12 years ago

Is luke mr fixits bodyguard? why u piping up? mr fixit seems like a very angry man. i was only sayin i backed your fivefold and shalke had let me down. Must av u as well with the mood your in. chin up. as 4 the future il prob just keep an eye out for chris guy

  47. David currie 12 years ago

Paul please please just don’t post any of chris’s posts he is clearly an idiot. I value your opinion he clearly does not. Chris please go elsewhere with your idiotic comments!!!

  48. Kenny 12 years ago

Chris the majority of people on here will be thinking the same as paul. He has a lot of bodyguards!

  49. chris 12 years ago

I suppose im usein this site all wrong. it shud b used as just a guideline other than just copying his full bets and puting them into an accumulator. sorry i said anything, didnt mean to upset every1

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, you can copy if you want but if you do then don’t come on with sarcastic and negative comments. I think most people who use this site are genuine and decent punters who look at my tips and also have their own ideas. Sometimes, as was in the case of Montpellier, people want some kind of confirmation that they’re doing the right thing. In other cases people will agree with my selections and back them. Every side I pick is taken for a reason – never randomly – but you have to understand football results are not always predictable.

    • Eric 12 years ago

I backed Montpelier and Schalke. I thought both would win but one lost. That’s football. No complaints from me.

If people can’t accept a loss they shouldn’t be betting. Nobody forced them to part with their cash.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Eric, well said, some we win some we lose. Who would have thought Wigan would be beating Man Utd. I didn’t and not even Chris Guy picked that one!

  50. AL 12 years ago

    Absolutely gutted!

    Put this treble on

    READING (v Brighton)
    ARSENAL (v Wolves)
    SHEFF UTD (v Rochdale)

    all is good so far,

forgot to tick the retain selections button so had to add the selections again when putting them in a 5 fold,

the other 2 sides in the bet were

    AC MILAN (v Chievo)
    MONTPELLIER (v Marseilles)

but instead of putting READING to beat Brighton, I’ve put them on to beat Southampton on friday night! BIG mistake!

Getting a £200 return for the treble if arsenal win, (2-0 up at HT) should be in line for my 5 fold aswell if arsenal win, but due to my error will have to hope Reading can win at southampton on friday! not to confident about it as can see it being a draw to be honest

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Al, if you’re just waiting for Reading then maybe you can play the inrunning market and make sure you end up with a profit.

  51. chris 12 years ago

Do u yourself bet on your selections if u dont mind me asking? i agree with u that football is very unpredictable. the bookie will never lose in the long run

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, I bet on some, always on the super single and treble and usually on both teams to score and homes but can’t possibly do them all. But I certainly never back against them. I put up a variety tips for a variety of punters.

  52. AL 12 years ago

yeah I think i’ll put the draw on, then lay Reading IF they go infront.

sickening mistake though as I’d be another £320 up if I hadn’t made that silly mistake!

  53. chris 12 years ago

Il keep my eye on your super single and top treble from now on then

  54. David currie 12 years ago

    Chris is a p****

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, thanks for the support but don’t really want to go down that route.

  55. chris 12 years ago

Theres always 1 clown. = david currie

  56. robert miller 12 years ago

when i get the record on a saturday paul that is the first thing i do is open it up and see what your super single is

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Robert, it’s been up the last few nights so hopefully tomorrow and at the weekend.

  57. Chris Guy 12 years ago

Can I just say that people are being extremely rude to mr fixit. Just a quick reminder that this is a free website where people go to for free tips. Nobody is forcing anyone to pick Paul’s selections or mine for that matter. I mean seriously did anyone expect man utd to be getting beat by Wigan? Of course not. As Mr Fixit has already said on Paper they should win. All we can do is make an educated guess.

I seriously couldn’t be annoyed with the abuse that Mr Fixit gets on here. It’s unreal. If you do put on a line then don’t come back with sarcastic comments because it’s bang out of order.

Keep up the good work Mr Fixit and as you can see the amount of people that support you far outweighs the negative comments.

  58. Chris Guy 12 years ago

I hope people were on Ronaldo and Van Persie anytime both 4/6 with Coral

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Chris, I had them both to score first in singles. Van Persie to score first was tonight’s text tip, the only service we charge for.

  59. robbie d 12 years ago

AL, I reckon Reading have a very good chance on Friday. With a bit of luck, you might end up winning more.

  60. James C 12 years ago

Went relatively big on Man City, Man U and Arsenal -1. Looked good after 10 mins but Wigan have been in good form and wee Roberto always finishes the season strong. Man Utd probably turned up thinking the league was won.

    You can’t predict it!

Anyway, Chris Guy, yep I covered the above bet and took RVP and CR anytime double, which has at least brought me back even for the night.

Paul, there are a few regular posters on here who are switched on enough to know that if you go for 5 or 6 team accers every week, chances are you may end up down.

Best thing I’ve been doing is build up a bit of cash in the online account by betting on Evs bets, then have a wee bit of fun with it.

    See you lot tomorrow.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

James, no doubt Man Utd was a huge shock. I put bets which can be followed by people playing with higher stakes and some for those who might want to throw a few quid at it.

  61. joe knotts 12 years ago

Sorry mr fixit the oscar speech comment was towards chris guy for the previous comment. starting to look like he thinks he runs this site with u!

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

      Joe, at least he’s civil!

  62. Aaron 12 years ago

Well gutted had -2 man u -2 arsenal -1 man city as I think they are un predictable the last one I expected to let that treble down was man u!

On a side note had stuggart and shef utd £40 double so cheers fixit, was on montepelier to should have done single but added Napoli etc… Always tommorow!

  63. joe knotts 12 years ago

Look at his comments tho. u are always cautious but confident about your picks. He tells guys he has an absolute banker that cant lose. thats not wise. u know yourself tipping sites must be responsible. i love this site and u are the best online tipper i know but u are also humble when u hit. oh and he wasnt civil the other night when telling a guy he was a big fish and the other guy was small fish in an arguement.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Joe, I meant he was civil to me! At the end of the day Chris is a punter contributing to a forum and anyone taking his tips knows that. He’s simply expressing his opinion, cocky or not. I have to be more responsible and personally don’t like the word “banker”. It would have been used by many to describe Man Utd tonight but look what happened there.

  64. George kelly 12 years ago

Right, whoever this hero ‘luke’ is, i’ve never said how rubbish fixit is you complete idiot?
I, like everyone else come on and poat a couple tips here and there.
Yeah i fancied schalke too, it went balls up, who cares? My post was just saying that i went with fixits schalke to boost it up.
As it turns out utd wouldve ruined it aswell.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

George, in the end out of all my top tips there were only two losers, Man Utd and Schalke and I don’t think anyone saw the United result coming. My second treble came up as did my Super Single (Montpelllier) and Bonkers Bet (3-0 Arsenal at 11-1). I defended my choices of Ross County and Juventus who both won and played down the chances of Napoli who lost. I think I had an OK night but everyone keeps bringing up Schalke.

  65. George kelly 12 years ago

Anways that was my 2 cents, my first comment wasnt meant how it read, it simply meant that i went for fixits tip schalke, end of story, i fancied them too.

Im not one of these people that winge and blame the nearest person for a loss, football is football, hope ya didnt take it the wrong way paul, no hard feelings

  66. joe knotts 12 years ago

Sorry mr f – i explained that comment wasnt aimed towards u and i would never be anything other than respectful towards u. just thing that guy is getting a wee bit carried away with himself in some of these threads.

  67. phil 12 years ago

At the end of the day it should be a bit of fun with money you can afford to play with. If you win bonus. I’ve had a couple of bets tonight and had a good run with my money. Am I bothered I lost no. Keep up the good work Mr fix it and all decent punters who give there honest opinions.

  68. joe knotts 12 years ago

    Well said phil :)

  69. Mitch 12 years ago

It’s probably the pocket talking that does it but why is it sites with decent tipsters end up going down a certain route, anyone who’s been on the betfa*r forum will know what I’m on about. Hope this 1 stays as it has started out, if not be back to the Daily record for us all. Anyway Ipswich and Blackpool for me this weekend, good luck all.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Mitch, I know what you mean. I won’t let that happen here.

Right Folks I dont know if there is any interest in this but I have been watching Ice Hockey for the best part of 3 years now and the Stanley Cup playoffs are about to start.
Ladbrokes offer some really good odds on first goalscorer markets.
Some tips for yous, if your willing to take a chance

Pittsburgh Penguins V Philadelpihia Flyers S.Crosby 12/1(First Goalscorer)

    Other players of note

Evgeni Malkin 13/2 and James Neal 9/1(Penguins)

Claude Giroux 14/1 and Scott Hartnell 12/1(Flyers)

Really want to take a chance

Pascal Dupuis 16/1(Penguins) or Jaromir Jagr 22/1(flyers)

This is a great market cause theres only 5 guys on the ice at the one time and normally the better players is where the puck is aimed at. Personally I have £10 on S.Crosby 12/1

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, I’ll admit I know nothing about ice hockey but thanks for the heads up. I won’t be having a bet because I like to stick to what I know but I’ll see how they go and I’m sure some people will pick up on your tips.

  71. David Paterson 12 years ago

yea its a very optional thing but last years stanley cup(really because i follow Boston) I made a very good profit. Approx £600 in a month a half, on £10 bets. It helped pay for my holiday to florida this year haha

  72. Tommo 12 years ago

Glad to hear that Mr F!!

This website has went from strength to strength and long may it continue!!

  73. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Joe don’t be tying yourself in knotts. Im mere a punter who expresses my tips and shares them with others. With regards to your comments about me getting carried away it appears that you are getting carried away with me.

No I don’t think I run the site. I have never been rude to anyone but at the same time I don’t let people run all over me. I was pretty confident that Eonaldo was a dead cert and i was proved right. There’s a difference between being cocky and being confident.

It’s not my intentions to come across that way but if I upset you then oh we’ll, water off a ducks back.

Just fit the record I don’t think I work alongside Mr Fixit or run the site with him. But heh you never know, maybe if I keep up the good work I might just get the offer. In the meantime ill continue to post my tips for anyone who may want to take advantage of them. Like Mr Fixit i sometimes get it right and I sometimes get it wrong.

Anyway Joe, you’ll go down in history on this site as I’ve just changed my username to Mr Chris Guy just for your benefit. Hope you like it and good luck with your bets.

If I can help you in anyway just ask.

Kind regards and best luck to everyone for the weekend.

    Thanks
    Mr Chris Guy

Amazing how some peoples opinions change at the end of the night when they look at the bigger picture and actually realize Mr fixit had a rather good night overall! Oh well, least everyone seems to be understanding what this site is all about, and remembering it Is free of charge! And I agree with Tommo, this site has gone from strength to strength! And long may it continue!

  75. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Again apologies for these horrendous typos on my iPhone.

    Mr Chris Guy

  76. Luke 12 years ago

Think you could’ve gone one better Chris, should’ve gone to ‘Sir’ ;) all in due course!!
Least some people on here can have a laugh and enjoy the forum side to the site too!
Best of luck for the weekend!!

  77. Nobby 12 years ago

Cant we all just get along

  78. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

What you reckon Mr Chris Guy or Sir Chris Guy? Think I’ll stick to Mr for now with the view to upgrading in the future.

I love this site too. I love the banter and I want everyone to win.

I have too much of a busy life to be arguing with people lol.

    We are all friends

  79. Tommo 12 years ago

Got caught up reading the posts and almost forgot to say I had Llorente and Ronaldo anytime double up, smaller stakes lost on Gomez(Mr F did highlight re lack of chances in the game) so thanks to him I didn’t go in as big on Gomez!

On a side note I actually thought it would be Arsenal slipping up tonight, deary me!

  80. Matt 12 years ago

Well can I just add that mr Chris guy has gave me some fantastic tips.
Way things are going it will soon be sir Chris guy lol.
Paul has also gave me great tips and with guys like this everyone has a chance to beat the bookie!!!!!
Any tips for tomorrow nights games guys?????

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Matt, myself or Scott will put up something later although there’s not much happening tonight.

  81. David Paterson 12 years ago

well Mr F, Thats me up £130. S.Crosby comes up with the first Goal 4mins into the first period. Ya Beauty!!.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, nice one or should that be ice one!

    • david paterson 12 years ago

Yea Nice joke Paul, haha any joke snds great when your up £130.

Thanks Mitch, theres more games tonight but a bit tougher to call. Ill put my opinions up later, I will be watching the game(Boston V Washington) too cos i pay a monthly subscription to watch the Ice Hockey.

  82. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Sid anyone else back my tip for Man City to win both halves at 9/5?

  83. Kenny 12 years ago

I’m glad i read all these comments before posting. I was going to suggest to Paul that we look at some kind of forum as we all like to blether about our investments. After this offering i’ll be surprised if he’s even here tomorrow!

Oh, sack that forum idea too. Far too many hijackers ;)

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Kenny, the matchday live feature is much like a forum and the way the comments part of it goes it’s something similar. We’ll take stock at the end of a busy season and see what we do next campaign.

  84. Mitch 12 years ago

Nice one David will be keeping tabs on u and your ice hockey and may get involve 4 mins is ideal!

  85. Matt 12 years ago

Looking for a super single or a to score at anytime bet please Paul Scott or sir chris guy please.
Got about £100 to play with guys.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Matt, I believe Scott is working on a piece for tonight. Should be posted shortly. In my opinion you should save your money for the weekend as there isn’t much on tonight.

  86. Badham 12 years ago

Rondon for Malaga to score anytime @ 2/1 at Bwin screams value to me Matt.

  87. Matt 12 years ago

Cheers badham will take a look mate.
    Will he start game??

  88. Badham 12 years ago

He should do mate, one of there most influential players and they could go above Valencia into 3rd tonight with a win so they’ll want there strongest team possible. Only worry would be they only just played Monday night but I know they took him off with roughly 15 minutes to go for a short rest as they’d already secured the 3 points that game. By any means it’s not a dead cert but it’s worth a punt, I’m going to be on it :).

  89. Matt 12 years ago

Hes 7/4 with sky bet is he like there top goal scorer or something ???

  90. chris 12 years ago

Any1 goy any tips on the grand national saturday?

    • admin 12 years ago

We’ll be posting some tips on here tomorrow.

  91. Badham 12 years ago

His Malaga’s top scorer Matt yes.

  92. Matt 12 years ago

Cheers badham worth a shot then mate.

  93. Badham 12 years ago
  94. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

Matt and everyone else there’s nothing much to bet on tonight but my bet is Seville to be winning after 30 mins at 7/4 with Ladbrokes Which is a great price.

    Thanks
    Mr Chris Guy

  95. Matt 12 years ago

Cheersr Chris guy thinking £50 on Seville to be winning by 30 mins and £50 on rondon to score anytime for Malaga .

  96. Mr Chris Guy 12 years ago

No bother Matt, the Malaga game is too close for me to call. Prob best keeping some cash for the weekend. I’m not going to tip anything else tonight mate just the one single for myself. Cheers and good luck my friend.

  97. phil 12 years ago

Here’s a speculative punt I’ve just put together on paddy power Rickie Lambert anytime goal scorer v reading both Manchester teams to win both halfs v Norwich and Aston villa a young up and coming player for crewe called Luke Murphy to score anytime at 5-1 (cracking price) v macclesfield and scott dobie anytime scorer at 3-1 v forest £5 gets you just short of £3000. You never know!!

  98. robbie d 12 years ago

Phil, I wouldn’t be shocked if Man City let you down there. I know they had a good result last night, but their away form is shocking and Norwich are a very decent side, as shown by last two results of beating Spurs and a draw with a very good Everton side.

  99. phil 12 years ago

Totally agree but they back in with a shout again after last nights results and another big plus no balotelli .

  100. David Paterson 12 years ago

    Ok, anyone who is interested.
Tonights Game Boston Bruins V Washington Capitals

    First Scorers

    B.Marchand 10/1(Boston) or P.Bergeron 14/1(Boston)

    A.Ovechkin 9/1(Washington) or A.Semin 18/1(Boston)

    Outsiders

    R.Peverley 20/1(Boston) or B.Laich 25/1(Washington)

Personally I will have £10 on Bergeron @14/1

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, since you offer two for each game, can they be backed to score at any time as you can in football?

  101. David Paterson 12 years ago

unfortunately not but if its any consolation you can have a bet on 1st home or 1st away goalscorer but the odds are shorter. approx 6/1 for the favourites.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

OK, so the best way would be take the two you mention in each game and split your stakes.

  102. David Paterson 12 years ago

yea thats the way the sensible money would be spent. a just go for broke if it wins then its a bonus if not a tried :)

  103. David Paterson 12 years ago

Update Paul, unbelievable 60 minutes of play and no-one has scored. Going to overtime. Last time this has happened(0-0 playoff game for the bruins) it was 1995.

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

David, what price would u have got on no scorer?

  104. david paterson 12 years ago

Overtime finished, C.Kelly Scored for Boston 2 mins in.
Didnt get a winner this time.

  105. David Paterson 12 years ago

80/1 was the price on no scorer lol. But a think the first scorer continues into overtime according to the rules on ladbrokes website. May be wrong tho.
