CONGRATULATIONS to Bournemouth. They'll be playing in the Premier League next season after beating Bolton 3-0 last night.
I have just one complaint – Eddie Howe's men could have handed the 10-man Trotters a consolation goal to bring up the Super Single which was both to score at the Goldsands.
However, their victory added to those by Valencia and Besiktas brought up a 6-4 Top Treble which had 2.5pts advised. And on the match preview I recommended Bournemouth -1 at 4-5 with Paddy Power.
On Tuesday there are three English matches – Hull v Liverpool in the Premier League, Rotherham v Reading in the Championship and Colchester v Swindon in League One. I'm backing wins for Liverpool and Rotherham, both at evens, and have posted a separate preview on the games.
Colchester are a best 5-4 at Betfred and must be worth a look against a Swindon side who will finish fourth no matter what happens in their final two matches. However, having rested seven players against Preston at the weekend Mark Cooper's men could be back at full strength as they look ahead to the play-offs.
United will climb out of the bottom four with a win and give themselves a real chance of survival. They won 3-2 at Fleetwood at the weekend and boss Tony Humes could field an unchanged line-up for the third match running.
Elsewhere there are some big names in action on the continent. PSG are no bigger than 1-6 at Betfred at home to Metz and you can understand why after their sizzling 6-1 win at home to Lille at the weekend without Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The Swede is still banned but does it matter when Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edinson Cavani grabbed five between them against Lille.
PSG have now netted 16 in their last four domestic matches and should score plenty more against the side second bottom as they try to move three points clear of Lyon at the top. Bets to consider are PSG -2 at 6-5 with Paddy Power and Lavezzi at 11-8 with bet365 to score after his treble against Lille.
Second-placed GFCO Ajaccio look best bets in Ligue 2 at home to lowly Tours. They are 7-10 at William Hill.
In La Liga the big game is Barcelona v Getafe while Athletic Bilbao entertain Real Sociedad and Levante tackle Cordoba. Barca are no bigger than 1-19 with 888sport so I'll look at the stats to see if I can find some value. Getafe held Barca 0-0 at home earlier this season and drew 2-2 in the Nou Camp last season but will struggle to keep out a side who have netted 12 goals in their last three league games.
Levante should see off Cordoba to boost their own chances of beating the drop and Athletic can edge out a Sociedad side who still struggle on their travels.
In Italy Udinese face Inter at home and there is a full Serie B card. Inter will be boosted by their shock win against Roma last weekend and are 11-8 with Betfred to beat a side with just three win in 19 games.
Serie B leaders Carpi have been tipped by several on the site but I don't know enough about the game to explain why they are such a big price to beat Bari at home. Carpi will be promoted to Serie A for the first time with a win and a best price of 23-20 with William Hill looks big – it will be interesting to see if this starts dropping.
Bayern Munich won the title at the weekend and will now hope to seal a spot in the German Cup Final at home to Dortmund. They tempt at 1-2 with the likes of BetVictor and bet365 and Pep Guardiola is boosted by the return of Arjen Robben after injury. Bayern rested players in the 1-0 win against Hertha Berlin at the weekend and should put away their rivals who they have beaten twice in the Bundesliga this season but only by one goal.
After looking at the games in detail my Super Single is PSG -2 AH at 10-11 with BetVictor. I thought about PSG to win to nil at 4-5 with Paddy Power against a side with just four away goals all season but I'm not a great fan of that market. In France PSG have won their last four 6-1, 3-1, 4-0 and 4-1 so three times the -2 handicap would have been covered and once the stake would have been returned.
For the Top Treble I'm starting with Bayern – and this is a one-legged semi-final – and adding PSG -1 and Rotherham. I've said I like Liverpool, Rotherham and Colchester but of the three I feel Rotherham are the best bet.

Yeah gaz – I don’t have the spare cash to start a worthwhile bank to take advantage of small priced singles or doubles but use a lot of the tips in 4 or 5 folds for small stakes. It’s all about what you’re in it for. For me it’s fun and the thrill of a 20 or 30 /1 accumulator. Others are comfortable betting bigger on more sure fire outcomes.
Maybe a definition of % at the top of each page would stop the need for discussion every couple of weeks

John, if you are worried about your betting bank being too low, mine is only £40! (down to £33 by Sat night). I figure that as the bookie always wins, I’d prefer to keep this as a game rather than a way to pack in my dayjob! After last night my points have increased slightly and so I have the princely sum of £1.44 on PSG -2AH. A pound profit if it comes in, but then as I said, I only do it for the ‘can I beat the bookies’ challenge of betting, not to pay for a holiday. Maybe I’ll look to increase my bank in future, but with family and household bills etc, I really can’t justify potentially blowing a weekend trip to the pictures because PSG only scored one goal.

The only week it is not up, i tipped Fulham to win at 9-2.
Their are a lot of funny prices in the last 2 weeks of the season, and that was one of them!
Usually i only make a comment as you know, if it is about Chesterfield, or who they are playing.
We lost Saturday against a very good Bristol City, lads were a bit flat.
But with good reason, Portsmouth who were playing at Mansfield, only wanted to use our boardroom to interview our manger, Paul Cook.
They tried the same thing with Chris Wilder at Oxford, he went down for the interview and did not get it, so his job was untenable back at Oxford.

Only thing over the top is the reaction of 1 or 2 others who seem hell bent on having him removed for nothing more than posting his winning bet and as usual trying your best to provoke a reaction. GET OVER YOURSELVES!!
I personally don’t want anyone removed especially those whom post winners and harpeet is one of those, just asking for a bit of decorum and behaviour becoming of grown men not much to ask for surely………….

I fancy Jamie Vardy to score against Chelsea if he starts which I assume he should. He is currently 7/2 with Sky Bet.
Mr fix it – How do you think Chelsea will get on tommorow. The win seems likely as we all know but -1 has to be worth a small shout ?
Harpreet, a lot depends on Leicester team. Vardy is a major doubt and there are suggestions Leicester will play a weakened team ahead of Saturday’s meeting with Newcastle.

Chelsea to score 3 goals is not IMPOSSIBLE.
If interested Chelsea to score over 2.5 goals is 11/4 at Corals but money is coming for under 1.5 and 2.5 match goals . On 6 game form Chelsea are second to Arsenal and Leicester are third but both have won 4 and drawn 2. Under 2.5 match goals is being backed and I reckon a draw at half time at 13/10 might be worth a go. Last 6 home and away games neither of these sides have been behind at half time. Just thought might be worthwhile mentioning the markets but please carry on your arguing etc now….

These more ‘obscure’ selections can be a minefield and bookies too struggle to market them as accurately as they do more familiar leagues.
If willing to spend some time and look beyond current form there is definately more value to be had.
I would be interested to know if folk here actually make more pound for pound on in-plays/distant leagues, etc than they do on pre-meditated, analysed home league bets…bet I know the answer.

Juventus could lift the title tonight. Beat Fiorentina and they can rotate players in the league to focus on the Champions League and Coppa Italia. Fiorentina have conceded 9 goals in their last 3 away game in Serie A at Napoli, Udinese and Lazio. Losing 3-1 at the weekend at home to Cagliari, and also lost 1-0 at home to Verona the week before.
Juventus have been winning at HT and FT in their last 5 of 6 home games in the league, with Fiorentina losing at HT in all 3 of their last 3 away games, only managing the draw against Udinese, losing the other two. Also they were 1-0 down at HT at the weekend against Cagliari.

Am I right in saying Chelsea would win the league if they won tomorrow? But they wouldn’t lift the trophy until Sunday? Not sure the Leicester fans would be happy to know that Chelsea won the Premier League on their turf because of a rested side. Play for every point given surely?

Fair enough Chelsea are set to win the league, but resting players for a game two days away against the worst team in the league at the moment (sorry toon and BG if you’re reading) but that’s asking for relegation. Whether its Real Madrid or Accrington Stanley, you play for every point possible with 5 games remaining? That’s my two cents anyway.
Your right Jordan but Nigel most probably knows in his own heart they won’t beat Chelsea and can’t risk injuries this is were we are one step ahead of the ordinary punter with the info but who knows Newcastle turned over city with a much weakens team but still I’d have to go with Chelsea
Way I see it darran mate is if Burnley can salvage a point at Stamford Bridge then that should put some fire in the players bellies. Leicester believe it or not are 14th best in form team in the top 5 leagues in Europe. Be a shame to waste a game because they don’t think they can salvage anything. I wouldn’t bet on Chelsea anyway purely because they’re odds on away from home but I don’t think that’ll put many off.
