THE Barcelona Open tennis comes to an end today with a fitting final between Rafa Nadal and Kei Nishikori.
Neither player has dropped a set on their route to the final and history is on Nadal's side with the Spaniard having won eight of their nine meetings.
He starts as 1-3 favourite at Paddy Power and Betfair while Nishikori is 9-4 at Paddy Power for the title and 10-11 at Betway to win a set.
There's also ATP honours up for grabs in Bucharest where Fernando Verdasco faces Lucas Pouille in the final while the WTA Stuttgart Open Final sees Angelique Kerber try to tie up the title on home soil against Laura Siegemund.
At the snooker World Championship, Ronnie O'Sullivan has work to do as he bids to turn around a 5-3 deficit against Barry Hawkins while John Higgins leads Ricky Walden 5-3 in their second-round clash.

Evening gents. Still wiping yoke out of my eyes from the Heat last night. Absolute rotten and once again another East team lets me down.
