He's been putting up draw tips for a while and it's great to see him landing a four-timer at just under 250-2.
Greg also seems enjoyed a good night with his Nap winning but Jordan was on a loser as Barcelona controversially crashed out the Champions League.
West Ham beat me for the Super Single – most people fancied them to at least draw with Man United in the FA Cup but the h2h never lies – and the double was a loser too.

Plzen cost me back to back winners with a goalless draw but it was a tight looking match and a cup game so it happens. In all honesty I’d rather skip today and go straight on to Friday because in terms of backing teams to win its stinking today. I am though committed to a bet a day at 1 unit per day so decided with such a poor card to take a good deal more risk. It has a chance but if all 3 lines fall I will not be overly surprised. Citadella are out of their tie having lost 1:4 in the first leg but I think that gives them a good chance to win at home today where they are stronger as I cannot see Foggia being fully committed with the tie in the bag. The Finnish league has just kicked off so there is very little form to go on but as I could find nothing elsewhere I have decided to take HJK who have started with back to back wins but they were at home and today they travel- SJK were another possible. Lastly to the Europa League. Shakhtar don’t need to win at home to progress and neither do Sevilla but I am backing the reigning holders because they seem to be so focussed when it comes to this competition. Athletic Club need to score so need to go for it and I think Sevilla can then pick them off.

Pardon my ignorance @jordan, but how exactly does the trading work at your new job – I mean what does the job entail? Do you actually sit and bet on games for the company’s money, sort of like any other investment/trading job, or is it like on an exchange where you bet and lay, and don’t necessarily hold your position till the fixture is finished? Markus, its a bit of everything you have just mentioned. I’m on the US Sports team at the moment on Baseball. So what we do is get our model number sent over by the pricing team in either London or Toronto. What that means is basically seeing where the fair value lies and what we think our target should be. We’ll then analyze data on where our VIPs/sharps have been on teams over the past couple of seasons, and will then move the markets accordingly by placing our own bets with brokers in Asia. From there we will adjust our prices accordingly on site without trying to give away our position. Its a really interesting role to have found myself in and in the least unprofessional way possible, it doesn’t even feel like a job. I would recommend it to anyone who has the opportunity to do so.

Jordan worked it out to pay 4679/1 not bad at all, one of the first things I look for when doing this bet is teams struggling to score and win but 4 0-0 never thought that would happen
To be honest I bottled it massively on the cash out. I very rarely cash out at all, and normally would only do so if i could get 90 – 95% of the total anyway. Basically when something is a dead cert at coming in but just in case for the sake of a small amount i will occasionally do it. Usually in basketball to be fair when big leads get blown quite a bit.
I should have just turned the phone off and hoped haha. Easy to say in hindsight though and I shouldn’t be greedy. Would have been kicking myself if I hadn’t and there had been a late goal!
I never cash out the way I see it I placed the bet thinking the games would be draws everything was going to plan so why take less when you just need to see it out I took the dog out for a walk instead. Obviously this can go wrong and a late goal can ruin it but I would still of had the treble up

Ramsbottom Utd are relegated for the first time in their 50 year history and it’s been a painful (and wet) season.
I’ve a couple of mates who follow Rammy and occassionally look on their forums – fans not happy and rightly so. The performances from players ( and management) have been poor.
Rammy haven’t won a home game since the 1st December and that stat speaks volumes.
Ironically, it was Matlock who sealed Rammy’s fate 9 days ago with a 2-0 home win. A tepid affair by all accounts and Rammy didn’t manage a shot in anger in the second 45.
Matlock themselves are hardly world-beaters but they are unbeaten in their last 3 with a hard earnt 1-1 draw at a decent Stourbridge outfit.
Add to that the fact they are not yet out of danger themselves and are playing a side technically already ‘on the beach’…although in reality it’s more likely a sandbank left behind by the flooded Irwell that runs behind (into) The Riverside Stadium.
Anyway we’re all animals in this betting lark and although I’ve a soft spot for The Rams, I’m showing no allegiance when it comes to who I’m backing…and it’s not goals for once:

Everyone who knows me on here knows I’m a huge Celtic fan. I’m looking forward to the game on Sunday and I’m looking to back a few defenders for goals as I think there will be a few in the game. One price that stands out for me is James Tavernier for Rangers. He scored a bumper at the weekend and he’s a huge 29/1 for first goal. With Waghorn and Forester out then he’s got an even better opportunity of finding the net as they’ll be looking for elsewhere to get the goals. I’ve not stopped posting totals – just haven’t updated for 4 or 5 days.
I’ve said before, I struggle for time: I have the job from hell which dictates long days and very often well into the night. Couple that with two little ‘uns under 5 and I do genuinely have to snatch the time to post.
I’ll refresh the totals in the next few days and have enjoyed posting them – I decided to do it for very much the same reason you did – so folk can assess the validity of what I’m putting on the site.
The idea of splitting the UK and Overseas bets was an interesting project and the results have been there to follow…transparency is key and hopefully it has served as a guide for anyone who has been following.

Why is hibs 5 4 and Dundee it’d 2 to 1 on Saturday odds are wron in my opinion
Game could go either was as both teams are awful. Hibs seem to be going into every game at present as favourites despite being on a poor run. Dundee Utd are all but down so this is really all they have to play for but there’s a fair bit of disharmony in the back ground between players and manager. Hibs dont have a great record at Hampden in recent times. Goals is probably the way to go. I would suggest BTTS & over 2.5 goals at 5/4 with Bet365.
rj3, for me Hibs should be favourites but both have stunk the place out in recent weeks and I wouldn’t back any of them.
