HELEN SHERBET (3.20) wins a confident vote stepping up to a mile at Southwell.
She was far too strong for well-touted Papa Stour here over seven furlongs and a 7lb rise shouldn't stop a repeat performance from Karl Burke's filly.
Couldn't Could She scored over course and distance from Felisa and Mr Carbonator but Felisa ran last of seven at Lingfield yesterday.
LANDECKER (1.15) usually runs his race at Kelso and has placed form on heavy. He ran into an in-form Tawseef over course and distance in November and has been dropped 3lb by the assessor. Hopefully, he’ll be ready to go after a 53-day break.
CELTIC ARTISAN (8.00) looks a solid each-way option in a tricky mile handicap at Chelmsford City.
He returned from a 90-day absence at Newcastle to run a close second to Limoncino, coming from quite a long way back to throw down a late challenge. Celtic Artisan finished third to Beepeecee over course and distance back in October but is 7lb better off with that quirky rival.
Well done to Johnb for his Wednesday double. His third, advised each way, was second and only beaten by my pick King of Nepal. So I think that was 1-1 today.

The colt is the first foal out of the Group 3 placed Gooseberry Fool.
He ran on debut at the Curragh when third to Gustav Klimt, it’s no secret that O’Brien horses usually need the run and while it was Gustav Klimt’s second run it was Amedeo Modigliani’s debut run and he looked by far a better long term prospect, he was given a quiet introduction held up off the pace and running green, when asked it took him quite a while to figure out what he was meant to do but late on he finished his race off well, coming through for third, it was quite an impressive run I thought by this son of Galileo, his breeding screams out that he is a Derby horse although it will be interesting to see if connections try him in the 2000 Guineas
His second and last run was an easy win in a not too strong race at Galway in bad conditions
I think Amedeo Modigliani will be Coolmore’s main horse in this years Derby and 16/1 looks big

Why is there no point in adding clemmie
It’s personal preference, but I prefer a good price on both horses when I do ew double. I’m not sure how confident john is with magical though
Clemmie amedeo double sounds good to me and throw in the might arsenal or napoli for the Europa league
